Hapimag Bad Gastein always caters for an amazing family holiday with state of the art quality infrastructure and lovely staff. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. We love the wellness area including the swimming pool and also the shop and restaurant. You could not find such a quality offering at these prices in the Alps elsewhere.

Very nice hotel and beautifully located, slightly on the outside of the village but this gives fantastic views over the Gastein valley. The staff is very friendly and co-operative. Well worth the stay.

Definitive wellness and pool, excellent food served in a friendly atmosphere, well equipped apartments, great views down the valley and up to the peaks. It must be about the 10th time we've been, it's like coming home. The staff have only one priority, the customers' well-being.

Fantastic location in the idyllic Bad Gastein. From there, great skiing with a super fast lift from the village. In the evening in the wellness and good food in the restaurant. Especially the Christmas dinner was fantastic. We will definitely come back here and try this once in the summer.

The structure is fabulous and is located in a wonderful village surrounded by mountains that ensure coolness and fantastic scenery. The nearby waterfall is beautiful and also contributes to making the place worth a visit

It is the fourth time, in the last twenty years, that I go to this establishment. Reasons? The charm of the old building; the rationality of the entire structure with paths that allow you to move between the houses, the structures, and the various services without the need to go outdoors; the courteous welcome and the walks directly accessible even to those who are not really "mountain dwellers". Perhaps the only limitation is that Bad Gastein is not very suitable for young people. But that's not our problem.

the location of the resort is beautiful but it is not in the center of the town which can be reached with a walk of about ten minutes but uphill .... there are various apartments in different buildings all connected to each other and to the garage. Our apartment was not very large but clean and in perfect condition. The spa area is also really nice.

Had a wonderful stay in the mountains. 4 mountains with different types of activities nearby and accessible with 1 pass. Lovely walk and many activities done. Apartment as expected clean and nicely furnished, fantastic view. Worth repeating.
