After a walk through Grossarl we sat down on the terrace at the hotel to end our afternoon with an Aperol. What we got was sour wine with a hint of color. After we "choked him down" out of friendliness, the bill came. 15.80 euros for 2 actually undrinkable Aperol!!!!! Should anyone want to spend a nice afternoon in Grossarl. Please avoid this place. This is cheating paying guests!

Waren zum Grossarler Weihnachtsmarkt da und können nur sagen, wirklich alles perfekt. Das Hotel ist äusserst sauber und gepflegt, die Zinmer gross und gut ausgestattet, kuschelig warm, Frühstücksbuffett.. alles was das Herz begehrt. Abendessen super lecker und frisch. Man merkt dass alle im Haus zusammenhelfen, Service zuvorkommend. Schwimmingpool herrlich warm und und... Kann ich unbedingt empfehlen. ✌️

Noch nie habe ich mich im Ausland so zuhause gefühlt. Jedes mal werde ich empfangen wie ein alter Freund, nicht als 'kunde'. Die Familie Knapp weiss, wie mann ein guter Gastgeber ist. Sommer und Winter, es ist immer perfect im Alten Post. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir waren zum zweiten mal da. Sehr bequeme, große Zimmern mit Ausblick. Wellness Bereich sehr gut! An allen Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr nett. Das Essen ist wie beim Sternen Restaurant. Skibus direkt vor der Tür. Parkplatz für die Autos und viele mehr Service.. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Als Stammgäste wissen wir, was wir an der AP und der Familie Knapp haben. Der tolle Service durch alle Teams, das gemütliche Ambiente, die emotionale Weihnachtsfeier, die sich immer wieder selbst übertreffende Küche ... und dann passte auch noch das Wetter und die Schneelage. WIr hatten eine tolle Familienauszeit und haben bereits für den Winter 2025/2026 unsere Zimmer reserviert. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Fam. Richter
