Horrible personnel especially receptionist named Iva. I really dont recommend. They threatened us as criminals. They blocked our rooms because supposedly we didn't pay. We sent payment confirmation before our arrival. They didnt tell as anything at check in. The next day after we returned to hotel, our rooms key were blocked and lady at reception yelled at us that we didnt pay. Never experienced anything like this before. Hotel management didnt do much about it. I suppose they cant find better staff. Anyway we wont pay them another visit. And rooms were too hot and very dry air.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, free parking, modern and clever designed beds (to move apart if necessary) - the TV could be either a smart TV or more english channels if you want to attract tourists from overseas

The staff were exceptionally rude, the worst service I have ever experienced. I witnessed staff being exceptionally rude to children one day and on the next day they proceeded to shout at my daughter. Advice is to avoid this establishment. I also made this complaint directly to the manager.

This modern hotel is located on the outskirts of the town but has enough going on in the way of facilities not to tempt you away. There was a warm greeting from the staff including a free drink of fruit juice at the rece9desk upon booking in. The rooms are of a good size, modern with excellent ensuite shower rooms. The restaurant had a buffet style and the food wasn't bad but you're not going to be impressing anyone here. The breakfast was extensive with enough choices for anyone. There is also free, underground parking.

Hotel in Sankt Johan in Tirol. Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet with big variety. Free sauna and fitness room on the fourth floor. Big bonus the free train pass to Tirol. I will go again for sure

The hotel team were very welcoming and made our short stay a very pleasant one! The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. The view of the mountains from our room were lovely, enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the continental breakfast which always freshly set out. Our evening meal was different every night and very tasty. All six of us really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Hot water was always available for a refreshing shower and the beds were a welcome sight after a long day skiing and walking! We had to leave early on our last day before breakfast was open, the hotel made us all fresh rolls, fruit, biscuits and a drink the night before. They also made sure hot drinks were available before we left that morning. Thank you for making our trip to Austria and Christmas a special one!!

We booked the apartment on the top floor of this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations, three very large bedrooms and two very spacious bathrooms, a good size kitchen and dining area and spacious living room. Easily accommodated the 7 of us. Balcony with separate seating and table plus loungers. Great view and everyday we watched the deer roaming up the mountain. Breakfast was a good continental forever topped up and service excellent. Hotel receptionist staff were very friendly, explained the free pass that gave us discounts to many shops, etc., free bus and train journeys and even free access to the local pool. cleaning was thorough making sure we had fresh towels plenty of loo rolls etc., Special mention to Timea who organised a birthday cake for our granddaughters birthday and was very kind to me on last day when I was not feeling 100% . The hotel also produced a cake for one, our Lauren at breakfast on her birthday and played happy birthday. A very memorable stay thank you and would highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and were overall satisfied! Rooms are functional, modern and clean. Large balcony. Breakfast good, dinner buffet, varied. Good starting point for exploring the region. Kitzbühel is about 10km away. We also loved the bike shop right next to the hotel. We rented e-bikes there, great. Very good value for money.
