I had a fantastic eight-night stay. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, both the rooms and the common spaces. The best thing is food: international breakfast with high food variety, and afternoon snack served from 15.00 that can be used as a late-lunch and an abbundant diner with high quality food every evening.

The hotel is decorated in alpine style, and located conveniently along the main roads. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice, and have everything you need. The diner and breakfast were very good. Wellness area is nice. Good place to stay when you want to spend some time in the alps.

We spent our Easter this year at the hotel. We are very pleased with what the hotel offered us - even great food, hospitality and everyday service, with particular emphasis on the very nice atmosphere thanks to Mr. Maros Meszearos, who served us during every meal - thanks to such people and their commitment, we felt at home. The hotel gives you the opportunity to spend time after skiing in the relaxation area. It's a great idea to have soup and salads as well as cakes right after skiing and before dinner. As I mentioned the food is excellent, the dinners are a great way to celebrate the whole day! We will certainly come back to you!!!

1. We bought a voucher for 230€ for 2 nights including breakfast. There was only a voucher for 80€, whereby the meal cost 45€ per person. So we had to pay 100€ for this. An additional night cost €200 and was almost twice as expensive as the voucher for 2 nights including breakfast. 2. No prices for the drinks were given on the menu list for the evening - 1/4 liter of wine then cost 12€! 3. Does the hotel charge €5 for the bathrobe - justification: it has to be washed!? What about the towels and sheets? 4. It was a theme day and there was Prosecco - there were no eggs for that! Who wants alcohol in the morning?! 5. The price for half board is too high (45€/person) and then there is a 7€ surcharge for the season ticket. 6. To fill up our hybrid we had to pay 10€. You need a maximum of 6kWh for this and it costs €1.80 from us! 7. Hannah was a very capable waitress and did a great job. Conclusion: the prices are not apparent and excessive for the location right on the main street.

Very good service and very friendly and helpful staff, large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, extensive breakfast buffet. We had half board and the food was excellent. We can unreservedly recommend it. Great ski room. Great location (800m to the Riffelseebahn) and bus stop right in front of the hotel door.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen, geräumigen Zimmern, sehr aufmerksamem Service-Personal, Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr leckerem Abendessen. Skigebiete Pitztaler Gletscher und Rifflsee in ca. 500 m Entfernung, Langlaufloipe mit rund 21 km geht direkt am Hotel vorbei, ebenfalls sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt am Hotel

Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Hotel ist wirklich spitze. Super modern, alle sind dort so nett und gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Auch mit unseren zwei Hunden. Sehr guter Service, sehr gutes Essen. Sehr gute Plamung bei unseren Wanderungen. Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Wie das ganze Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super mit jedem Tag einem anderen Special wie z.B. Prosecco zum Frühstück. Aber auch frisch gemachte omlette‘s oder Spiegeleier .. Die Nachmittagsjause mit Suppe, Salat und Kuchen war perfekt nach einer langen Wanderung und das 5- Gänge Menü am Abend hat alles nochmal abgerundet. Es war wirklich immer sehr, sehr gut. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war hier wirklich top. Auch insbesondere wenn man mit zwei Hunden reist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
