* We made a reservation for 1 night [arrival Aug 10] for a superior suite. * However on our way to your hotel we got notified from home that there was a personal emergency which forced us to drive home immediately without our planned overnight in Austria. * We called immediately your hotel to cancel our reservation. * Reception confirmed that there would be a cancellation fee of 120 Euro due to late cancellation. However upon verification of your payments we noticed that the full amount was charged i.e. 246.60 Euro. NO REACTION ON ANY MAIL FROM THE HOTEL !

Es war eher zufällig das wir auf den Wastlwirt kamen, haben es aber super nett gefunden. Das Personal top, das Essen erstklassig ,überhaupt alle sehr freundlich. bei kleinen Problemen, meine Schwester ist Allergikerin ,wurde die Bettwäsche sofort ausgetauscht. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. D.Wulff

Alles Bestens!! Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Alle Einrichtungen des gesamten Hotels sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr gute Qualität von Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern.

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage. In den drei Tagen konnten wir vom Alltag abschalten und einfach entspannen. Ob im Wellnessbereich oder im Restaurant überall kann man sich dort verwöhnen lassen. Das ganze Serviceteam ist freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Patrick muss ich dort hervorheben, er hat mich mit seiner sympathischen und humorvollen Art verzaubert. Auch der Chef des Hotels Sebastian kümmert sich liebevoll um jedes Detail und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist authentisch und versprüht den Charme, welchen ich für meine Erholung erwarte. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir waren 3 Tage/4 Nächte hier. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und an 2 Abenden im Hotel gegessen (a la carte bzw. Buffet möglich). Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal; schönes Zimmer (Doppel Superior); urige Rauchkuchl; sehr gutes Essen.

Das Hotel besticht durch ein ausgezeichnetes Service mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Genusspension (Rauchkuchl) ist im Buffetbereich eine gelungene Überraschung, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Der Barkeeper ist ein Meister seines Faches jeder Cocktail ein Kunstwerk.

Sehr schönes Romantikhotel im Ländlichen Stil. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Man fühlt sich hier richtig gut aufgehoben, sehr familiär! Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Auswahl bei der für jeden was dabei ist. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Die große Auswahl an frisch gebackenem Brot und Brötchen hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Romantik-Dinner in sehr Stimmungsvollen Ambiente war der Hammer, sowohl was den Service als auch das Essen angeht. Einfach großartig und hätte unserer Meinung nach nicht besser sein können. Das war definitiv Sterneküche!! Danke dafür ❣️ Das Zimmer war super sauber, hatte eine schöne Größe, einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und die Betten waren sehr gut. Tolle kuschelige Daunendecken 🤗 Das Rauchkuchl-Buffet am Abend ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Viel Auswahl auch an Vor- und Nachspeisen 😋 Das kleine Mittagsbuffet mit Suppe, etwas Salat und Kuchen, war auch sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad war auch sehr sauber und angenehm. Handtücher liegen hier immer genügend bereit. Hier finden wir auch toll, dass Wasser und Tee, sowie Äpfel kostenlos zu Verfügung stehen. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden auch definitiv wiederkommen 🥰
