Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Ambassador Hotel & Spa in St. Peter-Ording. Die Lage ist wunderbar, und das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, sodass wir uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt haben. Allerdings ist der ältere Teil des Hotels ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie im Restaurant ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig (Blumen könnten zum Beispiel auch mal abgestaubt werden). Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht überzeugend, und die Wurstauswahl wirkte leider eher billig. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte haben wir den Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn diese Details verbessert werden.

war sehr zufrieden und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wäre schön, wenn es für abends im Hotel eine Bar gäbe. Wir danken dem Restaurant-Chef, dass er uns trotzdem mit Getränken versorgt hat.

Das Hotel hat die optimale Lage zum Wasser,Promenade und Zentrum. Leider ist es überhaupt nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet,da die Fahrstühle im Haupthaus zu klein sind und der Strandflügel nicht gut erreichbar ist (nur über Fahrstuhl und Treppenstufen). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war nun zum 3. Mal Gast im Ambassador Hotel & Spa. Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ebenso im Spa! Alles ist sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig. Leider ist das WLAN sehr instabil und teilweise langsam. Aber war für uns in dem Fall nicht überlebenswichtig. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Im Rahmen einer Reklamation ist besonders ihre kompetente und hoch engagierte Geschäftsführerin Frau Fiedler zu erwähnen. Wunderbar alles in kürzester Zeit gelöst. Solche wertvollen Mitarbeiter braucht ein Unternehmen um erfolgreich zu sein und zu bleiben.
