I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Hotel Maridin in Mardin and can recommend it without reservation.
We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were extremely helpful - especially Serif, who took care of our luggage and drove our car safely to the hotel's own parking lot. His support made our stay stress-free from the start.
The hotel is not only beautiful, but also very well equipped. A baby bed was provided for us immediately without us having to ask for it - great service!
Special praise also goes to Ms. Bahar at the reception.
She gave us a warm welcome, was very accommodating at check-out and also helped us to reserve a restaurant in the evening. Her friendliness and professionalism made our stay particularly pleasant.
Overall, I can say that the Hotel Maridin impresses in every respect - from the first-class service to the beautiful ambience to the central location in Mardin.
For me, the best hotel in town!
