用攜程以來第一次給差評，實在是有點生氣。這個酒店房費也不便宜，但是實在有點價不配位。首先，隔音很差，走廊上的聲響可以聽得很清楚，入住的第一個晚上正好有幾個醉酒的人在走廊上撒酒瘋，也沒有工作人員來管管，而且我還特地要求不要臨街的房間，但吵得不得不戴耳塞睡覺。其次，酒店的燈光很昏暗，如果有辦公或者閲讀需求的就別考慮了，看得眼睛疼。再次，酒店的空調挺拉的，制熱開到最高的温度也不怎麼暖和。最後，也就是剛剛發生的，酒店在沒跟我溝通的情況下直接扣了按金裏面的錢，我打電話過去才知道是自己“消費”了，説我喝了吧枱上收費的飲料。事實上，我完全沒有動過吧枱上的東西，應該是前一個房客消費的但是酒店方面沒有檢查出來。難道我需要提供視頻來證明我的清白嗎……感覺很莫名其妙。總之，很差的住酒店體驗，以後不會再選擇這家了。很難評，祝你們成功吧。

梅園悦竹是三明特別適合商務出差和旅遊的酒店了。性價比一流，交通便利。洗髮水沐浴露用的是力士的香氛，整體以竹子打造的酒店氛圍很中式，很舒適。

房間不錯，比較大，乾淨整潔。竹子做的傢俱看着很清爽。設施也比較齊全。空調很大很舒服。酒店位置不錯，去愛琴海步行不到十分鐘，門口就有公交站，交通方便。酒店有停車場，自駕停車也方便。

酒店的位置不錯，處於市區，隔壁有當地的政府部門，酒店規模不大，大廳比較小，前台服務中規中矩，房間面積還可以，設施齊全，但偏簡易，衞生還可以，房間乾淨，早餐還可以，不夠豐盛。後院的停車場由於和隔壁的政府機關共用，所以車位偏緊。
