The Masseria is a fine historical setting. Rooms are clean, cosy with terrace. But the nice original buildings have lost their charm and authenticity by the plastic fishbowl restaurant building. Everything has been carefully restored with nice gardens, and then arises the ‘aquarium’…awful. Quality of the food and chefs are very poor to Italian standards. Apart from the receptionist, other languages are a problem and causes issues with guests, who try to make something clear. Owners should tear down the glass construction, offer fine, good quality and a limited number of high quality dishes in the available, existing restaurant space inside. Since every room has a terrace, they could consider room service when restaurant would be fully occupied. Anyway they should first buy high quality ingredients and then have a professional chef prepare it. Masseria Sant Teresa has everything, it needs to be recognized by the owners, managers

From 23.05 to 27.05 spent 5 fabulous days, in a well-kept and enchanting location, not to mention the competent and professional reception staff, always ready to give advice on destinations / beaches to visit, a round of applause to Mattia and Chiara what can I say, fantastic . Then we move on to the catering: a very rich breakfast, exquisite savory and sweet products, not to mention the dinner with excellent well-cooked and presented food, accompanied by an excellent room service with the legendary Santino at the helm, a person of extraordinary sympathy and competence . Location bellissima e vasta. Siamo stati “attirati” dal fatto che quella sera, ad animare la cena, c’era un gruppo (I Trainanti) bravissimi, di medica salentina. Personale gentile e professionale. Cena con piatti tipici salentini che però non erano all’altezza di tutto il contesto… mancava un po’ di “vivacità” nei piatti!

Esperienza stupenda. Terza vacanza che faccio in questa struttura: una bolla di tranquillità isolata dal mondo. Posto ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in totale relax. Servizio eccellente e cordiale. Buffet della colazione ricco in varietà e di qualità splendida. Ristorante meraviglioso sia per location che per la qualità dei piatti a dir poco eccellenti. Massima cordialità e qualità anche nel bar a bordo piscina. Assolutamente da consigliare

Posto stupendo, non ho soggiornato...mi sono goduto un tranquillo pomeriggio sorseggiando un drink superbo, il personale disponibile e molto gentile, in particolare modo la Sig.ra Nadia, ci ha accolti e fatti sentire a ns. agio. Fabuleux endroit du Salento , chambre impeccable , restauration digne d'un grand restaurant , des plats originaux et servis copieusement . Nous étions en DP et on avait le choix des plats à la carte (rare chez nous) , le personnel est très serviable et attentionné pour vous donner le maximum de satisfaction. Mention spéciale pour les serveurs et le maitre d hôtel très sympathiques . Piscine , bar et Spa sont aussi au programme de cet établissement . Le personnel au bar et au spa ont été formidable lors de se séjour que l on n oubliera pas . Un grand parking et un jardin fermé permet de se détendre toute la journée. N hésitez pas si vous devez aller dans les Pouilles .

Luogo intimo e riservato a pochi passi da Gallipoli e dalle migliori spiagge del Salento, ben curato e pulito, ideale per una vacanza di coppia e famiglia. Personale cordiale e ben disponibile. Bravissima la signora Nadia del bar della piscina, che ci ha coccolati e deliziati con i suoi buonissimi cocktail e stuzzichini.
