We booked our stay through the Marriott vacation rentals sight, and then Feeling Italy worked with us from that point on. We found them to be very responsive via email and, once in Italy, via texts on whats app. The local property manager, Gianluca, met us at the villa right when he said he would to give us the codes & showed us everything - including the fig tree - YUM! The views at this property are insane - we really couldn't get over it. We found ourselves canceling plans just to stay & enjoy sunset from our own paradise. Luckily there's a couple restaurants at the top of the road that serve delicious food & pizza that we carried out more than once (Stelluccia & La Perla). Also a bar/cafe on the same corner that provided everything we needed to enjoy basic breakfasts, gelato & cocktail hours at the house. Gianluca gave us a great recommendation for a beach to spend the day (Nerano), and set up restaurant reservations with a ride included. We didn't find the kitchens to be well-stocked, but had no desire or need to cook anyway.
