I confirm 5 stars. Impeccable service, impeccable room cleanliness. At the reception you can feel professionalism and kindness, praise goes to Martina for the speed with which she handled a small inconvenience that occurred, demonstrating management skills and respect for the customer. Breathtaking sea view. Varied international breakfast, from savory to sweet to fresh fruit, so as to satisfy the needs of different types of customers. Not to mention the beach service, the exceptional guys, the beach up to the standard of the structure, excellent lunch!!!! I would definitely recommend it!!!!

I share the opinion of those who maintain that it is not to be considered a 4-star hotel. The standard room has double mattresses still with box springs and separated. The bathroom was renovated with a step but the fixtures remained fixed before the floor was raised. When I expressed my doubts at reception I was told that if I wanted a non-separated memory foam mattress and a decent bathroom I would have to choose the superior room.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at this amazing hotel. The structure has some small imperfections (but things that can easily be resolved). Their biggest strength is the staff; highly qualified, very nice and always available... a big hug to Jacopo, Graziella (a true force of nature), Giulia and also to the director who have always welcomed our requests in the best possible way (super nice). The hotel is located in a wonderful position facing the sea with an adjoining bathing facility (elibeach) a lido that is always super clean, very quiet and with a super cool bar and with sea water that is always super crystal clear (I highly recommend being equipped with sea ​​shoes). The hotel food is always of excellent quality (except when there is some event... perhaps this organization should be slightly revised). We stayed in room 400 Superior; with a breathtaking view at any time of the day and with double windows overlooking the sea. Breakfast has a wide variety of purely homemade sweets (I literally fell in love with the ricotta tart) and savory ones (eggs, salami, mortadella, ham, sandwiches, cheese, etc.). They offer lots of extra activities and have many connections for booking any means of transport to get around. We rented a 125 through them to be able to get around the place and go on various excursions always on their advice. You were a pleasant discovery and I hope to be able to return next summer; You are fantastic. I wish you to always reach higher goals. Pleasant hotel, spacious rooms with sea view, good breakfast, not exceptional but sufficient, however, even at the end of August there is no place available to park or you have to drive around for 1 hour to hope to find one.
