Hotel Sa Clau by Mambo

Just returned from a three night stay in Sa Clau. I cannot fault this hotel cleaners work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean and fresh. Reception staff are professional, helpful and friendly, so accommodating even although we had arrived early. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower well stocked bathroom. We had a sea view room with balcony, fantastic views. Great location to explore San Antonio, taxi rank is in front of the hotel. Short pleasant walk up to the sunset *****. Will most definably return.

We moved here from Ibiza rocks due to it being dirty. This was very clean with excellent air conditioning. We slept like a baby…… The staff are so friendly and cannot help you enough. They is no pool but you’re across the road from the sea. In middle of everything the ***** all the food places and not far from mambos… Would visit again. Thank you x

Fabulous location, the view of the marina is wonderful. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. We had a mini bar, safe, kettle and coffee machine in our room. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. There is a cafe on the ground floor where we had breakfast every morning. Everything from toast to a full English. We liked the avocado & feta on toast! It was a great place to watch the world go by. The bar staff were brilliant. I would 100 % stay here again.

We were greeted by super professional and loving staff. Clean and fragrant rooms!! Super central hotel and close to all the most famous beaches of Ibiza. Super recommended, 5 stars you deserve!!!! We spent 10 days in total relaxation!

The hotel is spot on the city centre of Sant Antoni overlooking the central square and the marina. We had lovely views from our balcony , to just sit and chill with a coffee, and watch the buzz after a sunny day. The door magically filtered a lot of the noises from the square. Still, glass emptying, waste collection, drunk Englishmen singing and insane car honking could occur at any time so if noise sensitive maybe another place is to recommend. The beds were soft and comfy. The bathroom was recently refurbished and really neat, with nice products available. No wipers or cotton pads, though. The quest for coffee pod refills was exhausting. Starting off with six pods (3-bed-room) it was reduced to four the next day, zero the third day and fourth day, and every day I had to ask for a top-up which either never took place or I should ask again tomorrow or we were given just two more. After a while, we realised that the blue ones were decaf and only the metal ones were regular coffee. No labels provided. No milk either. Way quicker to go to Burger King for your caffeine boost to avoid internal conflicts dividing one metal pod in three, but truly disappointing! The cleaning was not impressive. I believe the staff did what they could during the few minutes at disposal, but the bed sheets were always wandering around and you couldn’t ask for one minute to properly exit the room. Then they threatened to go home. There is no pool despite info in some hotel booking sites. You could walk to a nearby free pool at Azuline Llevant but it was very noisy due to nearby construction works. You could book a sunbed in Las Mimosas about 2 km away for some hundred euros, but it seemed way too pricey and with a need to spend a certain amount. If staying longer, we would have opted for a day in an agriturismo or just rebooked to another hotel with a pool. The best beaches nearby (walkable) were Cala Gracio and Gracioneta. Boats to Cala Bassa and Comte were nearby.
