What can I say, never before on a holiday have I had such a positive experience from a hotel. Nicole and the team made us feel like royalty, and couldn't do enough for us. We were offered a room upgrade upon arrival to help support myself and my disability needs which was really appreciated. The room was simple, but had everything you could possibly need and anything we had forgotten (travel plug) Nicole helped us to source. The pool is a good size and temperature and we spent a few days around it soaking up the sunshine and exploring the island in the evenings. Plenty of sunbeds and benefit of pool side showers and bar/snacks throughout the day, as well as a pool table, table tennis and basketball and tennis court. We mentioned places we would like to visit to Nicole (one being the hippy markets) and returned to our room later that day to find information on the markets printed along with bus timetables highlighted with the routes we would need to take. Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best possible and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this as a budget friendly hotel which offers all it can. The location is great being only 1km from San Antonio ***** which is walkable or taxi for 6 euros, so you can go and party but far enough so it is quiet enough to sleep at night. We had the best time on our trip to ibiza, and can't thank Nicole and her team enough. And yes, we are already discussing returning again next year to the same hotel which says a lot. A great little hotel that is just perfectly out the way of the main areas of San Antonio, but 5/10 mins walk for either the Bay or the livelier, so it’s quiet. The hotel is constantly being kept clean by those that work there. They are an asset to the hotel. Rooms are a good size with enough storage space. Safe free to use in bedrooms Pool area kept tidy. Outside Bar could do with opening at 11am rather than 12pm, but it wasn’t an issue. Enough options for breakfast, although my only gripe and I’m being picky as this hotel was really good, is that the cooked food needs to be kept hotter for longer. But I think that’s the only little issue I had Would I stay there again, most definitely. Thank you to all that work here, we had a great time and even had a pet Gecko !

Avoid. Cramped dirty dump. Internet is intermittent. You can hear people talking above you, next to you and in the corridors. Cramped conditions. You can hardy move. You can't sleep it is 1.40am and I can't sleep because of people talking. The pool is ok. I would never return or recommend. It is not very clean. I bought wipes at the spar. There is nowhere to work if you are planning to do work on holiday. Not even a table in this room for nearly £380 for 3 nights. It is dated and desperate for a refurb. Awful layout in the Cramped bathroom.

The services here is top notchvru frondly people so welcome we had an amazing eperience here with the workers all friendly. Clean rooms and toilets with soace and study table Don, I love lts a calm environment stand where its assesable to visitors

The hotel itself was a little dated and room basic as you’d expect with 2 stars but it was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and attentive …special mention for the maintenance guy..he was absolutely everywhere!!!
