L’albergo era molto buono. Anche il cibo era buono. La camera era bella e pulita. I servizi ottimi. La posizione era molto buona, vicinissima a Madonna di Campiglio.

We recently went for dinner at the restaurant. We were greeted very well by the lady bartender. However, the service by the tall waiter was awful. We tried to get his attention several times, but he ignored us. The food was good, the price didn't meet our expectations considering the terrible service from the waiter. Ownership should address this.

Siamo stati una settimana e abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza. Anzitutto l'albergo è pulitissimo e le camere familiari molto grandi e spaziose. La colazione e la cena sempre buone e il personale è stato molto disponibile a preparare piatti più semplici per mia figlia. Inoltre i gestori sono sempre stati disponibilissimi a fronte delle nostre richieste, dandoci suggerimenti sulle gite.

Appena rientrati dopo 1 settimana in agosto in famiglia. Esperienza fantastica. Avevamo la mezza pensione ed il servizio in hotel è come stare a casa. Tutto a gestione familiare tra la proprietaria ed il marito e questa è la vera forza dell'hotel. La proprietaria addetta alla reception sempre super disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi Richiesta e sempre disponibile a parlare e decidere insieme agli ospiti i sentieri, percorsi per il giorno successivo. Camere sempre pulite e con tutto il necessario e super insonorizzate. Servizio ristorante ottima qualità e super disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste extra menù avendo una bambina piccola. Ottimi anche i camerieri. Tutto ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche per stagione invernale

Albergo pulito e ordinato, molto apprezzata la cordialità e disponibilità da parte dei gestori per le nostre esigenze, viaggiando con una bambina piccola. Stanza ampia e adeguata, cucina semplice ma piacevole e abbondante. Con un piccolo sovrapprezzo il posto auto riservato, molto utile dovendo fare spesso la spola su Pinzolo

OTTIMA PULIZIA DELLE STANZE ED IN GENERALE DI TUTTA LA STRUTTURA. DISPONE DI UN DEPOSITO SCI E DEL POSTEGGIO SIA ESTERNO CHE AL COPERTO ( QUEST'ULTIMO A PAGAMENTO).
