The room is average, with balcony.
The main reason is that there were too many people at breakfast. I don’t know if it was a holiday, there were many children, the sanitary conditions were not very good, and the plates felt like they were not washed!

We stayed at this family oriented hotel in northern Spain. We knew it was for families but it was a stop over location for us on the way back to England. However, we would recommend this hotel for families without hesitation. It offers so much for children and Mums and Dads. Lovely pools, fantastic range of food and excellent facilities and activities for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning well appointed with good sized bathrooms We would not recommend it for couples in transit home but as a family hotel it’s good.

Una vez más hemos estado súper bien. Es un hotel con apariencia a un pueblo típico de Cataluña. Nuestra habitación con terraza al jardín es amplia y cómoda, las vistas a la montaña hacen una estancia muy relajante. El bufet está muy bien con variedad de ensaladas, platos cocinados y lo mejor su cocina en vivo. La piscina y otras actividades (quizás hay pocas para niñ@s más grandes de 10 años, años atrás creo que había más variedad). No quiero olvidarme de la siempre amable y atenta recepción: Montse y Olga, son geniales. Esperamos volver muy pronto y lo recomiendo 100%.

Después de casi 18 años volvíamos al Vilar rural de Sant Hilari de Sacalm. Todo excelente!!!! Desde que llegas , cuándo te atienden en recepción, súper amables, simpáticas...te lo explican todo muy bien!las actividades con los niños en la granja... Nos encantó !!!En el servicio de comidas. No hay palabras. Porque nos atendieron muy muy bien. Y la comida de diez!!!! La cena de diez y el desayuno de diez!!! La habitación es amplia y tiene todo lo que necesitas. (Lo único el teléfono de la ducha salía un chorro por el mango ,y la estufa que de dos barras sólo funcionaba una)Cogí la planta baja. También nos bañamos en la piscina por la mañana y por la tarde( lo único que el ambiente y el agua estaba un pelín fría). En el bar también estuvimos muy bien y el trato fue muy bueno. Los niños hicieron un disfraz. Todo limpio. Las chicas de la limpieza muy majas. Todo superó las expectativas!!! Deseando volver!! Gracias a todos el equipo!!!

Es un lugar excelente para estar con niños, no hizo buen tiempo, pero realizaron todo tipo de actividades para amenizar la estancia. Las habitaciones amplias, y cómodas. El restaurante com muchos productos y calidad. El personal atento agradable

Reservamos dos noches finales de julio y fuimos dos adultos con un niño de 3 años y un bebé de 8 meses. Es un hotel totalmente orientado a familias con peques, donde tienes durante todo el día actividades para hacer. La habitación bien, había leído malos comentarios sobre el estado de las habitaciones y iba con miedo. Nuestra habitación era la 7 y estaba muy bien, amplia con tres camas para dormir bien anchos y cómodos. Si que es verdad que el baño estaba un poco más descuidado pero bien igualmente. Todo el personal es muy amable, los monitores de las actividades están por los niños en ningún momento los vi mirando el mvl como había leído por ahí. Las actividades las vi muy bien para niños pequeños, a partir de los 8 años creo que ya se quedan más justitas. La comida en general estaba muy buena y había la variedad justa y necesaria, comimos muy bien en todas las comidas. Incluso preguntamos el primer día por croquetas porque a nuestro hijo le encantan y al día siguiente las hicieron!! Decidimos quedarnos una noche más de lo bien que lo estábamos pasando. Es un lugar tranquilo donde puedes descansar y además los peques están entretenidos todo el día, lo pasamos genial mayores y pequeños y encima se come genial, qué más se puede pedir! Volveremos más veces seguro!
