The room is average, with balcony.
The main reason is that there were too many people at breakfast. I don’t know if it was a holiday, there were many children, the sanitary conditions were not very good, and the plates felt like they were not washed!

We stayed at this family oriented hotel in northern Spain. We knew it was for families but it was a stop over location for us on the way back to England. However, we would recommend this hotel for families without hesitation. It offers so much for children and Mums and Dads. Lovely pools, fantastic range of food and excellent facilities and activities for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning well appointed with good sized bathrooms We would not recommend it for couples in transit home but as a family hotel it’s good.

Es para estar con tus hijos,disfrutar de la naturaleza,la habitación muy linda,el recibimiento a nuestro perro fenomenal estaba feliz, y nuestra hija más encantada no podía estar, nosotros felices, el personal todos muy amables recepción y la señora del bar un sol 🌞 , gracias por todo lo animales muy bien tenidos , las chicas as de animación amables y sonrientes. Solo una apreciación el señor de la plancha del domingo 11 de mayo desayuno , a mi ver no solo con nosotros sino con otros clientes que vi le falta un poco de empatia y amabilidad. De resto un 10

Lugar increíble para ir en familias. Sobre todo los niños se lo pasan y disfrutan muchísimo. Todo pensado para los más peques. La comida increíble, muchísima variedad y todo muy bueno. Está la granja, que también lo disfrutan mucho, pudiendo dar comer a los animalitos y luego el paseo en poni.

Esta todo preparado para que las familias puedan descansar, si eliges pensión completa y todo incluido, solo te tienes que preocupar que duerman bien por la noche. Hay actividades durante todo el día y un grupo de monitores excepcional. Los desayunos, comidas y cenas tienen un bufé espectacular y entre actividades los monitores ofrecen comida y si no en el bar puedes pedir lo que quieras sin problema. Es el 3er año consecutivo que vamos, y hemos pasado por varias etapas puesto que ahora tenemos dos hijos, de 5 y 1 año respectivamente. Repetiremos de nuevo sin duda

Una vez más hemos estado súper bien. Es un hotel con apariencia a un pueblo típico de Cataluña. Nuestra habitación con terraza al jardín es amplia y cómoda, las vistas a la montaña hacen una estancia muy relajante. El bufet está muy bien con variedad de ensaladas, platos cocinados y lo mejor su cocina en vivo. La piscina y otras actividades (quizás hay pocas para niñ@s más grandes de 10 años, años atrás creo que había más variedad). No quiero olvidarme de la siempre amable y atenta recepción: Montse y Olga, son geniales. Esperamos volver muy pronto y lo recomiendo 100%.

Después de casi 18 años volvíamos al Vilar rural de Sant Hilari de Sacalm. Todo excelente!!!! Desde que llegas , cuándo te atienden en recepción, súper amables, simpáticas...te lo explican todo muy bien!las actividades con los niños en la granja... Nos encantó !!!En el servicio de comidas. No hay palabras. Porque nos atendieron muy muy bien. Y la comida de diez!!!! La cena de diez y el desayuno de diez!!! La habitación es amplia y tiene todo lo que necesitas. (Lo único el teléfono de la ducha salía un chorro por el mango ,y la estufa que de dos barras sólo funcionaba una)Cogí la planta baja. También nos bañamos en la piscina por la mañana y por la tarde( lo único que el ambiente y el agua estaba un pelín fría). En el bar también estuvimos muy bien y el trato fue muy bueno. Los niños hicieron un disfraz. Todo limpio. Las chicas de la limpieza muy majas. Todo superó las expectativas!!! Deseando volver!! Gracias a todos el equipo!!!
