The house keeping service is completely inadequate, the rooms are superficially tidied up leaving empty bottles and things around in addition to the ants wandering around in the room. The rooms are only managed in the morning, nothing in the evening! This isn't how it works in 5-star hotels around the world! In this hotel, anyone who books an imperial suite is not entitled to breakfast included in the price!!! This morning I was going to have breakfast for the first time and to my great amazement the young lady showed me this fantastic and surprising solution, it costs €35 per person! It was worth it! A meager table with some cold cuts and some yogurt, with two jugs of water and a fruit juice respectively were welcome! Everything else had to be paid separately. A fantastic hotel, clean and well kept. The views are just amazing and staff incredibly helpful. The views are among the best I have seen and the hotel benefits from two good restaurants- one for breakfast and lunch and a separate one for dinner where you can enjoy the sunset. I fully recommend and will be back soon.

I recently stayed at Hacienda for our honeymoon and it was exceptional. From the planning to the departure they did an exceptional job of making this an incredible experience! If you want a small boutique hotel with a stunning setting, beautiful rooms, relaxing spa and quiet location this is the place. The staff were very accommodating and always available for any request. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, spa experience, yoga classes, dining to watch the sunset and relaxing around the pool. Nothing is too far in Ibiza so local farm to table restaurants and adorable towns are nearby, as are many small beaches. We will definitely be back again soon!

In May 2024 we stayed in the Hacienda Na Xamena hotel for two weeks, just the two of us. We really enjoyed the hotel room with the beautiful view. We had a beautiful view from the private bath on the balcony. The personell was very nice, the room was cleaned well every day and a mistake (yoga session reservation had not gone through) was resolved very nicely (free breakfast that morning). We also received beautiful flowers in the room halfway through our stay. We were there before the big crowds (early season) and enjoyed the peace and atmosphere in the hotel. From the hotel we also went on trips to all kinds of places on the island. Walking from the hotel is also beautiful, you can walk quite simply to the high rocks with another beautiful view over the water. It's not possible to descent to the water from the hotel. The breakfast was quite pricey (35 euros per person), but you can choose anything in any amount from the menu and it was very tasteful. We took a yoga class at the hotel, which is definitely recommended. Beautiful view from the yoga platform and a professional and kind teacher. We hope to come back again in the future!
