Summary of a disastrous stay: We decide to book late at night (about 1am). Aware of being able to cause problems or cause inconvenience regarding the check-in which was to take place around 5/6 in the morning, I decide to call the hotel to make sure of their availability. I was told that there are absolutely no problems with the check-in time, and that I can proceed with making the reservation. I feel reassured, I book for two nights with CHECKOUT ON August 31st. I am assigned a specific room. We arrive as agreed at 6 in the structure and the nightmare begins: we open the door of our room and inside there is a girl asleep (who in spite of ourselves wakes up with a start). We are then assigned another room but it is not clean (dirty towels on the floor etc) We wait another 30 minutes for it to be tidied up. It's 6:30 when we finally enter. Time to arrange our things and we go out again to tour the island. They automatically debit my card for the full amount without telling me anything, and oh well. The first night goes smoothly, in the room that had been assigned to me (this time free). poor breakfast the next day but we don't mind. Second night: we go back to the hotel to sleep and…DEJAVÚ: we open the bedroom door and in our bed we find a sleeping couple. Again. It's 6 in the morning, we are tired and would like to sleep, but the reception opens at 7:30, we are told to wait for the receptionist to arrive who realizes that we were checked out on the 30th and not the 31st (like from booking ALREADY PAID). I ask for clarifications for this nonsense and the lady apologizes and tells us that they will look for a way to make up for it the next day. They assign us another room (again) but tell us that it must be vacated by 11 in the morning (that is, in a couple of hours) with the promise to reimburse us for all this inconvenience or to help us add a possible extra night. But the next day we have Way to speak with the owner, one of the most unpleasant and least professional people we have ever met in years of traveling and staying all over the world. Not only does he not apologize for what happened. He doesn't accept any refund request, he doesn't accept any discount on an additional night, he doesn't even offer us a coffee and practically kicks us out saying that the fault was our early check-in at 6 am on the first day, which they had counted as NIGHT OF STAY even though I had paid €353 for 2 nights with check out specifically on August 31st. In short all this to say that it is a completely disorganized hotel. The cleaning and reception staff are very kind but the owner is really a greedy character, without respect and without an ounce of professionalism. I hope you close as soon as possible. I will do my part by sending a letter of compensation from my lawyers.
