First of all my wife and I love this hotel, all of the staff are virtuous respectful and deliver excellent customer service. However while there having a room with a kitchenette we were very disappointed that there was no kettle available for our room and the hotel couldn’t provide us with one so we had to boil water in a pan which has its own risks. Doors have suffered water damage and need replacing. We did have a 60 inch smart tv which was an upgrade on the tv we had last year. The best thing about this hotel because it has young club going adults so sun beds are always available throughout the day so no stress here. Did spend time with the manager explaining that we wouldn’t return till these items were addressed

The Rosamar hotel has changed a lot over the years. It used to be an excellent hotel for all ages but now it’s really a hotel for the 18 to 30 people. A former shell of its old self. They don’t open the pool or sun bed terrace till 11 am and that didn’t work for us. The pool area was clean lots of sun beds but only 3 umbrellas and one of them didn’t work. The staff in this hotel were friendly and welcoming and the maid kept our room really clean. We were in room 317. The shower in this room wasn’t good. It went from freezing to burning hot and this was an issue. The bed was comfy but the curtains needed washing. Breakfast was continental style with fresh fruit cereals pastries fresh bread and jam. It was of good quality but the hot food which was in 4 hot plates wasn’t that good and my husband would reheat it in the microwave. The cafe style bar was very quiet day and night. This hotel is great if you want a base and just want to party in Ibiza.

The customer service from Management has been shocking. Due to website error I was charged 4 times and they have refused to issue a refund. A considerable amount of money for a family of 4. It would have been quite clear to anyone it was an error which had tried to be resolved immediately but no compassion was given, a real shock given it was a system error rather than human error.

It was an excellent stay we enjoyed all the facilities and the service Maria Fernanda, Ruben, Hamid were delightful with everything. Thanks to Soraya and Mari at the bar. They were the best all the cocktails and hints about the island were well taken. Rosamar its a pretty nice hotel. You will enjoy your stay

It is a basic hotel, however it’s clean and in a really good location to explore the island on foot or by the bus. Lucas on reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave brilliant service. The pool isn’t great but I was happy to sit by it with a drink in my hand.

A very basic hotel. Not impressed with the staff, who seemed less than helpful. We were given the key to the wrong room initially and had access to an already occupied room. Then given another room, but was sent in the wrong direction. We had to rearrange our room as all sockets were in the wrong place. Not enough coathangers. Balcony furniture was filthy. Breakfast was OK....but lacked variety. We were never asked to prove we were staying at the hotel. Not impressed with the arrangements for luggage stowage on our final day.

Location: quieter area very close to restaurants and supermarkets. 2 minutes walk tops. Also, all the best beaches are close by. Parking: off street is free but I would expect it to be hard to find in peak season. Very disappointing that when the receptionist was asked if the parking was free they said: “I don’t know, it’s not part of the hotel” and they smirked. Food: breakfast has everything you needed. From sweet to savoury. Eggs are disgraceful and the toaster is very old school. You probably need the rotating type to avoid creating long queues each morning. Best if you put out 2! Cleanliness of the room: they tidy up the room each day and change your towels but they definitely do not clean. By the end of the week my hair was everywhere on the floor. This definitely needs improvement.
