Struttura fatiscente completamente abbandonata, le camere con mobilio vecchio e approssimativo, i letti con reti e materassi sfondati e rumorosi, non esiste un collegamento con navette né per la piscina (anch'essa in condizioni pessime) e nemmeno per il lido a cui a detta loro si appoggiano, il pranzo con appena due pietanze da poter sciegliere e la cena a buffet scarno e poco fornito. Assolutamente da evitare L'unica nota positiva il personale, molto gentile, ma anch'esso non da quattro stelle.

Siamo stati in questo albergo tre giorni , ma siamo stati colpiti dalla gentilezza e cortesia di tutto il personale menzionerei Rebecca e Salvatore in portineria che hanno evidenziato ottima professionalità in qualsiasi richiesta, Il maitre ed il suo collaboratore Adim sempre a disposizione ,Ottima l'animazione di Alfio. Posto consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi del tutto.

Un bel posto la piscina bellissima abbiamo passato una bella giornata con 20 euro a persona c'è anche la piscina per i bambini, non si può portare mangiare di fuori li c'è dove fanno panini pasta e pizza. A taglio non male il mangiare e anche i prezzi comunque lo consiglio un bel posto

Sto trascorrendo le mie vacanze in questa struttura che é a dir poco pessima e descritta in maniera bugiarda. C'è scritto che c'è la piscina e invece é quella comunale e distante dalla struttura.. Ci hanno detto che c'era una spiaggia convenzionata e invece non c'è nessuna convenzione.. La porta della camera non si chiude difettosa e la pulizia della stessa lascia proprio a desiderare quasi inesistente. Colazione da volta stomaco e finire siamo senza acqua da questo pomeriggio e ponendo il problema alla struttura ci é stato risposto che siamo in Sicilia. Le stelle non sono stelle ma stalle sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura neanche per una notte

La scenografia del luogo è sicuramente meravigliosa, e merita tutto: gentilezza ovunque, colazioni abbondanti, stanze pulitissime; ci sono solo due cose concrete che vorrei comunicare a chi ha intenzione di recarsi a Torre Artale: informarsi bene sullo stato di funzionamento dell’Aria condizionata, e portarsi da casa il necessario per stendere i teli mare/ o cose eventuali da asciugare: il cavetto a disposizione in bagno non è sufficiente. Contro ogni pregiudizio e recensione negativa... abbiamo voluto provare di persona e confermo che è stata una bella scoperta. Week end in famiglia di 5 persone in un appartamento. Nonostante si tratti di una residenza storica datata, è mantenuta e curata abbastanza bene. Bisogna essere automuniti per gli spostamenti perché un po' distante dal centro abitato o dalla spiaggia. Ottima colazione a buffet, abbondante ed internazionale servita su una terrazza con vista mare. Camere/appartamenti refrigerati e puliti. Piscina forse da curare più nei dettagli ma molto pulita e abbastanza grande (olimpionica) da contenere tutti gli ospiti interni ed esterni. La cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff ha accresciuto lo star bene della vacanza. Ottima soluzione per un week end in relax.

200 euro di camera vista mare...che di vista mare ha ben poco xké la finestra è quasi inesistente,camera piccolissima.....per non parlare del ristorante disorganizzati per mangiare in un orario decente devi sederti minimo per le 18.00!!!! Sconsiglio assolutamente questo posto....soldi buttati

Abbiamo recentemente concluso il nostro soggiorno presso Borgo Artale e desideriamo condividere la nostra esperienza. La struttura è ben curata e pulita, con attenzione ai dettagli che rende piacevole il soggiorno. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che hanno influito negativamente sulla nostra permanenza. Le camere, purtroppo, non sono insonorizzate adeguatamente, e si possono sentire chiaramente i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze. Questo ha compromesso la qualità del sonno e il comfort generale. Inoltre, il letto matrimoniale, creato unendo due letti singoli, si è rivelato molto scomodo e cigolante, rendendo difficile riposare bene. Un aspetto positivo da sottolineare è il ristorante, che offre portate di ottima qualità, con una varietà di piatti ben preparati e gustosi. In sintesi, Borgo Artale ha sicuramente delle potenzialità grazie alla sua struttura ben mantenuta e al buon ristorante, ma ci sono alcune aree, come l'insonorizzazione delle camere e la qualità dei letti, che necessitano di miglioramenti per garantire un soggiorno davvero confortevole.
