Apartments Boè

Comfortable and spacious apartment despite being a studio. Very large bathroom. Equipped with all comforts (only the dishwasher was missing, but no big deal). Bed a bit small for two tall adults. Breathtaking view from the balcony. At the entrance we found the card for free use of public transport. There is no physical reception, but the staff is always available and quick to respond even via Wattsapp.

Nice apartment with a great view of the mountains, but it has some structural and service flaws. The structural one is that it is a 10 minute walk from the village, which wouldn't be a big problem if only there wasn't a very steep climb to do so after the first time you take the car for everything. Then we move on to cleaning, the apartment on our arrival had a couple of hairs and a lot of dust under the bed, we point it out but nothing changes... for a 10 day stay only one change of linen was planned and no cleaning included, I ask for an additional one and they make me pay the extra despite the initial inconvenience, but little changes... even after this second cleaning under tables and chairs it wasn't done this time either. Furthermore, the apartment wasn't equipped with basic necessities for living there, not even a small vacuum cleaner or a little oil and salt in the kitchen... nothing! They also ask to recycle without any bucket to do it, we organize ourselves with bags here and there scattered around the house... considering the costs of 200 euros a day, I expected much more than a beautiful view and a comfortable garage...

Gorgeous, well-furnished apartment, comfortable beds, wonderful wonderful view, excellent cleanliness, possibility of using the internal garage, free bus pass, close to the centre. Nothing is missing we will be back soon

The apartment is perfectly located to visit some of the points of interest in the Dolomites. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with a terrace with spectacular views. The team's attention has always been very fluid and immediate, which is appreciated. The quality-price ratio is correct, taking into account the prices in the area.

Very clean and functional residence with garage and beautiful view of the Sasso Lungo. Small flaw: electronic devices not really adequate or missing. For the rest, the reception is impeccable and always present for any information. Splendid holiday.

Checking in is the first disaster that can only be handled by another hotel! Some of the beds are covered with old tablecloths. The kitchens are very sporadically equipped. Snow is not cleared. Using the outside stairs when it is snowing is life-threatening. Practically anyone can get into the underground car park because the key is accessible to everyone. The ski cellar is therefore also accessible to everyone and practically invites theft. The whole house is so thinly soundproof that it is very difficult to sleep. All in all, this house is very disgraceful for South Tyrol.
