Santa Cruz Hotels with Bars

The environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.

I have stated at the Hotel Camino Real for many years with 12-14 visits a year. They have always treated me like family and taken care of my requests and needs like no other hotel I have stated at. The staff treats me like family and is friendly and helpful all the time. The Breakfast is excellent and my favorite meal of the day. The Gym is a bit small but complete enough to get in a good after a day's work. The location is excellent with many upscale stores and restaurant within walking distance. Highly Recommended.

The room is a little smaller, but very clean and tidy. You can see the beautiful city view of SANTA CRUZ outdoors. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel and a restaurant next to the supermarket. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

The environment of the hotel is first-rate, the green area is large, and the floor is wooden floor, which is relatively high-end, and the swimming pool is also large. In the case of a suite, there are three rooms. The price of the room is calculated according to the number of rooms. A room is about 50 dollars. In addition, each room basically has a toilet, there are two rooms downstairs, two toilets, a living room, a kitchen, and there is only one room and one toilet on the second floor. Beware of this location guys …I ordered a room here on Priceline and I paid it , but I was also told to pay again when I got to the counter at this hotel …so I got charged twice …I was told back in March that I’ll get a refund , I’ve been getting the run around since and I still have not gotten a refund ….when I didn’t call for a month they thought I gave up so they told their customer service line that I was refunded on June 15th , but that was a lie …since I kept calling for the refund, they are now admitting that I was not refunded because they are holding my money until they receive their payment from Priceline …so because they have a hard time getting their money from Priceline , they decided to charge me again and keep my money because they think that Priceline won’t want to pay them, and Priceline is refusing to pay them now also, so I am the one who is stuck with two credit card charges when I only stayed one night …I am still trying to get my refund and we are in august now , I am never staying in this hotel again

The service was fantastic. Dalma who was at the front desk was super fantastic as was the owner Fernando balderrama palacios. It was extremely clean and modern looking. The location was great as well. Overall it was our best experience in South America over past 6 weeks of traveling. We would both highly recommend it. Most including the owner spoke English very well. If we come back I would stay here. Also talk to the owner for he is well educated and traveled. He can make some great suggestions for food and other places to go in Bolivia.

We have been at the Cortez three times, we couldn't even consider going to another hotel. The staff is so friendly and efficient, they make you feel at home. Lovely rooms, a charming patio with an inviting swimming pool and plenty of spaces where one can relax and enjoy.. Wonderful breakfast with a generous variety of fresh fruits. Although there are many good restaurants in the vicinity, it is a good idea to dine right there, great food!

El hotel está perfecto como experiencia, se merece las cinco estrellas, me encanta, habitaciones grandes y super silenciosas, decoración de alto nivel, lindo hotel de negocios más que familiar. Desayuno buffet variado, excelente restaurante. Todo el personal amable y profesional. Solamente tiene dos puntos débiles en mi opinión: 1. La ubicación, el lugar no parece seguro para caminar por las calles aledañas de noche, necesariamente tienes que salir y llegar en Uber, taxi o auto rentado, no hay cafés o restaurantes usables en algunas cuantas cuadras a la redonda. Contra esto no hay nada que el hotel pueda hacer, pero recomiendo tener Uber o InDrive instalados en el celu. 2. En el bar del piso 20 ponen reggaeton y a todo volumen, tratándose de un hotel de categoría, podrían poner música con un poco más de clase para que resulte armonioso todo el ambiente,con la vista espectacular que hay desde allí y la posibilidad de disfrutarla dentro de la piscina temperada. Fuera de esas dos cosas, todo excelente. La mejor relación calidad precio que ha visto en Santa Cruz. Muy recomendable.

Hotel Chairu is located near the Santa Cruz Marriott and close to the Hospital Martin Dockweiler. The hotel offers 41 rooms over 5 floors and has a small café & street-side terrace and a top-floor restaurant. At walking distance, you have a choice of restaurants. Free Wi-Fi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our spacious room was nicely furnished & decorated, with desk & chair, large TV, airco, open wardrobe with fridge & safe, comfy-chair, and a good queen-size bed. We had a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and spacious shower. The window opens and has a mosquito screen. All was very clean. The buffet breakfast is modest: pastries & cakes, bread & toast, ham & cheese, scrambled eggs, butter & marmalade, fruit & juice, tea & coffee. We found Hotel Chairu comfortable & pleasant, and we had a good stay. Highly recommended.
