The place is awesome. Room is clean, spacious and well equipped with necessities. Location is superb, close to lots attractions. In walkable distance to a lot of famous places. Pool seems cool too.

Wonderful hotel, located in the very center! Checked in early, very interesting modern design in the room, view from the window to the neighboring amazing building - when the sun rose and illuminated everything - a view of peace! Very comfortable mattress, everything is great! Shopping pedestrian streets are a few steps away, as well as other attractions. Will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the loft room on the top floor, the room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable with a choice of pillows, and even had a cool charging pad for your iPhone. We had lovely views over the city. We were a little unlucky with the weather so didn’t get the advantage to use the roof top pool. However my only comment would be there were no loungers to relax after swimming? I am unsure if this is a seasonal option? The breakfast was nice all be it a small selection for the size of the hotel. One recommendation would be to have cava at breakfast as normally this calibre of hotel would offer that? The staff were great, we had an issue with the electric box in the room and Jose who was new was great and fixed this himself at midnight. It is a great location and spotlessly clean I would highly recommend. The roof top bar was lovely for night time too with cool cocktails to choose from.

Good modern hotel with nice breakfast. It is in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, we had a bad start. We booked over the Melia App. The application will kick out the baby once you select the hotel. We didn't notice this in the booking process. When we arrived they told us that our room is not suitable for a baby. They had to move us and asked for an additional charge ( even though we are part of their loyalty program). Next day we asked for a baby bed which was denied. Our room is not suitable for a baby bed. Later it was added to the room. Their restaurant was the only one in Tenerife and la Gomera on our trip that never offered us a baby chair. We asked the restaurant for a boiled egg for the baby but they denied and told us they can only do fried eggs and tortilla. At the pool we asked for a sunshade umbrella witch was denied due to wind (no wind at all) from their stuff which was sitting under an open umbrella:). All in all, a good hotel for business trip. Would definitely not come back here with a child.
