All 64 rooms have free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge area and some rooms have a queen size bed. Upgrade to one of our larger rooms and make use of the tea and coffeemaker, and the sofa bed. A breakfast buffet is served daily with made-to-order hot dishes available on request. The NH Tenerife also has an in-house restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes and also provides guests with room service throughout their stay. The Ático by NH terrace is ideal for unwinding in the evenings. For business guests, the NH Tenerife has conference rooms which can accommodate up to 60 people.

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

The day I stayed there happened to be the Three Wise Men's Day, so there was a festival going on outside all night, and the hotel room's soundproofing was insufficient. However, if there was no festival, I don't think it would be a problem. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was already full, so I parked in a nearby parking lot for a fee. Parking lots cannot be reserved, so if you want to park, it's better to check in early. Considering the location and cleanliness, I was very grateful to be able to stay at such a reasonable price!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

The small partition to stop water spilling out when showering is too small and a joke!! Can’t really enjoy a short shower without the effort of drying the floor after. A very bad design!!!

I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife.

Excellent location to board a cruise. The bathroom was not very private (sound and window). The area is wonderful - restaurants and shopping. Professional and kind staff.
