Booked directly through Paniste's website and room subtotal came to about $213.00 When it came to pay at check out I was charged about $275.00. I was told that this is because I did not book by phone. Staff attention was good at hotel.

GREAT PLACE TO TAKE A LONG BREAK WITH FAMILY, 100% RECOMENDABLE, AND DO NOT FORGET PRICES, IT IS TOTALLY GRATEFUL TO SHARE TIME WITH YOUR DEARS. ABOUT FOOD, NOT EVE MENTION IT, IT IS SO TASTY AND THERE ARE SEVERAL PATES TO CHOOSE, GUATEMALA IS WODERFUL!!!

We ask in recepción for raid, to kill not one or 10, at least 40 inscets in the room and they did not help us, it can be pretty but if they can not help the client it is not worse the price! Preguntamos en recepción si nos podían dar raid, para matar no uno ni 10 zancudos, al menos 40 zancudos en la habitación y no nos quisieron ayudar, puede ser bonito pero terrible servicio al cliente, en especial en recepción. Capaciten a su personal!

Beautiful hotel, the staff goes beyond to keep their guests happy and comfortable. The food at their restaurant is spectacular, must try the pizzas and french toast! They grow their own herbs and alot of their vegetables in their garden, so everything is very fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place had a bit of Bavaria in its character. That's because they owner was from there apparently. Nice clean modern rooms with a beautiful garden and pool. The food was excellent and even had schnitzel on the menu. We totally recommend.

Where to begin? This hotel is unique. Sorrounding with so much nature as soon as you enter you feel the welcoming ot the place. The rooms are just amazing and well decor. The personal is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offers a variety of well prepared dishes. My thanks to Estuardo (Hotel Manager) who made our stay very pleasant and to Edwin (Housekeeping) who took great care of us. Definitely a place tou must visit in the North of Guatemala.

I was staying here for the fourth time in less than a year as I love so much. There is a sense of peace all over, especially because of the large gardens/space. The pool area is beautiful and food can be served there. The restaurant is very cozy, and the food amazing. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home - they also provide excellent service. Already looking forward to the next time.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, cómodo; pero lo que nos hicieron a la salida jamás nos había pasado en otro hotel. Nuestra reserva la realizamos por medio de ********** y al hacer check out el recepcionista nos indica que nuestra estadía debíamos de cancelarla con ellos, ya que la reserva que teníamos en ********** había sido solo para asegurar que no cancelaríamos a última hora. Sin dudar en la palabra del recepcionista procedimos a pagar, pero al regresar a nuestra casa nos encontramos con la desagradable noticia de que nos habían cargado doble nuestra estadía. Realmente una vergüenza que existan establecimientos que se presten a este tipo y que nadie responda, ofrecieron devolver el dinero y no han depositado desde hace dos semanas.
