Melia Ibiza - Adults Only

Overall an OKAY hotel. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner in April. Here are my thoughts; Positives:The grounds are lovely and the pool is beautiful. Pool loungers are comfortable and the drinks are great. Staff are lovely and the breakfast was actually quite good. Location is great if you are not into partying as it’s right near a town with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Negatives: The bed... oh my days the bed. I’ve been to hotels all around the world and I have never slept on something so uncomfortable… I think sleeping in a stable would be more comfortable than on these beds. Rooms are also quite small, again comparatively to other hotels I’ve been to the rooms were just not great. Pools are not heated and despite the 25 degree temperatures, were ice cold. We did have a lovely stay at this hotel but if I was to visit Ibiza again, id stay elsewhere.

This hotel is wonderful, on arrival Benjamin was truly fantastic, very welcoming, and telling us about Meliá and the local area. On departure Vanessa was great to. The view from the room was fab. I highly recommend booking a premium sea view room. Housekeeping great, food at breakfast lovely and the pool area was clean and tidy, with great cocktails. We will return.

My partner and I stayed in april 2025 for 7 nights . We upgraded to the Level which gives you the benefits of an amazing sea view room with large walk in shower ...super king bed...and a bath tub that over looks the ocean..the rooms were kept spotless every day and the turn down service was amazing ... room 349 fresh towels twice a day and free water. The hotel itself was kept immaculately clean throughout. Whilst we were there we got engaged and the hotel staff helped so much by making it a really special day to remember...I would like to mention Sergio who was so helpful and filmed the occasion and took photos for us as did two of the other members of staff..they also provided free of charge a bottle of sparking rose wine and an ice bucket for the occasion. The service all round the hotel was amazing as was the breakfast . We will be returning in the near future and can't wait. 5*

Got back from this hotel on Sunday. We have stayed here on many occasions over the years when it was the Sol Beach House and always liked it. Now that it has been updated under the Meliá brand we booked a Level supreme sea view room and was not disappointed. Large balcony with a double sunlounger and a wicker chair and table - perfect to relax with a coffee or tea, there was a coffee machine in the room and a kettle with a choice of teabags and coffees. Room was clean and very comfortable. If I had anything to say it would be the lack of English speaking channels on the TV, but that wasnt a problem. There is now a separate dedicated check in for Level guests and with Patricia, who was welcoming and friendly at reception, right through to the Level breakfast with a special mention to Raquel who took our breakfast order most mornings, they always had a smile and helpful suggestions. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a uniquely beautiful spot where you can see the coast line for miles and also good for walking along the coastline or to the marina, shops and restaurants - marina is approximately 10 minute walk along a flat, tiled walkway. My mum was with us and she struggles with walking but was able to manage the walk there and back easily. There was one day that had rain forecast and I noticed an umbrella holder with multiple umbrellas for guests to use if they wished, by the door in the reception area. It’s these little touches that makes it special for me. Another was a singer on guitar at breakfast on Sunday morning, was just perfect to sit there with the sea sounds and the gentle voice of the singer while eating breakfast. Absolutely heavenly. The rooftop pool and bar is again another wonderful spot to relax, swim and see the view for miles as it’s one of the highest buildings along that coastline. Lastly we enjoyed the tapas in the level lounge area daily between 5-6pm, as well as the soft drinks, teas and coffees, wine and beer available all day. Also will mention is the WI-FI was very good, reliable and fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and chill out in a beautiful place.

We stayed here for 4 nights over Easter and really enjoyed our stay. We were originally booked into the ME but due to opening times we were moved to The Level at the Melia and we were pleased with the experience. We had a Level Suite with Sea View. (Room 444) The room was spacious, clean with beautiful views. We would highly recommend The Level, well worth the money for the private roof top pool but mainly with the flowing drinks that are available from 11am until 10pm, which is an excellent perk. They also have an hour of small plate food and spirits available, with food changing daily and being a good selection too. We also had half board during our stay, the breakfast was buffet with a good selection but also allowed an la carte eggs ordering which was good. At dinner there was buffet starter and dessert but you could order one dish from the menu, either a starter or a main, the choice however for dinner wasn’t great, especially if you are staying longer than 3 nights. We found the staff very friendly, Mikel in reception was excellent and Alex also in reception was friendly, polite and always smiley. We found Carlos at the rooftop pool very nice and David who was at the Level bar area of an evening very nice too. Our favourite was Pablo though, he was super friendly, nothing was too much for him and he was always on hand with any questions or any help we needed. The hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute into the marina and Santa Eulalia town centre so well positioned. We would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.
