Very friendly reception. Check in with deposit for key etc. is time consuming and the reason is not clear to me. The appartment is spotless, very clean and everything works. Location is close to harbour, beach, restaurants and shops.

The appartment is a very nice appartment, but the cleaning is not well. Twice a week there was a cleaner but only dry claining and never wet cleaning. There are no facilities on the last day to shower. You cal leave your luggage but when you return you have to make a call.

Los apartamentos Bon Lloc en Ibiza cuentan con una ubicación adecuada, cercana a las playas y zonas de interés. Sin embargo, algunos detalles podrían mejorarse para que la experiencia sea más satisfactoria. Uno de los principales inconvenientes fue la insistencia del personal respecto al cuidado de las toallas, advirtiéndonos repetidamente sobre no mancharlas. Esto resultó incómodo, especialmente en pleno verano, cuando el calor y el bronceado hacen inevitable que la piel deje marcas. En un momento, se llegó a mencionar que podrían descontarnos de la fianza debido a manchas en las toallas. Curiosamente, uno de los días nos proporcionaron una toalla que ya estaba sucia, lo que generó cierta confusión. Por otro lado, hay que destacar el trato amable del personal. En particular, una trabajadora del hotel, una chica alta, morena y de pelo rizado, fue muy amable y amigable durante toda nuestra estancia, lo cual mejoró un poco la experiencia general. Sin embargo, recursos como el papel higiénico y el gel de baño eran limitados y había que pedirlos con frecuencia. En resumen, aunque la ubicación es conveniente y el personal fue en general atento, algunos aspectos prácticos del servicio deberían revisarse para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

Das einchecken von 10-17 Uhr ist nicht zeitgemäß. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, aber nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Keine Schälchen, kein Messer, um mal Obst zu schneiden, keine Eierbecher…..das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Durch die zentrale Lage, muss man eine gewisse Grundlautstärke tolerieren. Ohrstöpsel sind von Vorteil.

Sporchissimo, non puliscono mai , la ragazza che accoglie la sera per il late check in non ha proprio voglia di lavorare, non di fa trovare mai, abbiamo chiesto più volte di pulire la stanza ma faceva finta di niente, abbiamo chiesto per il late check out di 1 ora avendo un bambino di 2 anni pagando anche visto che c’era la disponibilità della camera ma lei visto che non ha voglia di lavorare ha detto che alle 11 finiva e quindi alle 11 dovevamo lasciare la stanza, poi se la vedrete capirete perché non ha voglia di lavorare.

Proprietaria troppo rigida.Non sa parlare inglese,chiede di gettare la spazzatura altrimenti questo comporterà il pagamento dell’intera penale. In 5 giorni di soggiorno non ha pulito nulla in stanza. Non ha cambiato il tappeto,facendoci capitolare per terra poiché uscendo dalla doccia avevamo le scarpe sudice. Sia la chiave principale che di riserva non permettevano la facile entrata in hotel se non dopo innumerevoli tentativi. Lo scarico malfunzionante;abbiamo rischiato di avere le feci per l’intero soggiorno .Problema risolto solo dopo innumerevoli tentativi. La luce nel corridoio per raggiungere la propria stanza al primo piano è spenta e non è automatica;rientrando di sera la mia amica è caduta. La peggiore delle condizioni è stata la mancata ventilazione. Ad agosto senza aria condizionata. Ci ha equipaggiate di due ventilatori che ovviamente di agosto,spostavano solo l’aria CALDA. Insisteva nel dire che avremmo dovuto chiederne un terzo ma tutto inutile poiché il caldo era infernale.

Appart assez propre et pratique. Changements serviettes tous les 2 jours. Accueil plutôt aimable. Cependant le bruit que ce soit dans la rue ou les logements au-dessus ne sont pas supportables. A éviter !!

Soggiorno dal 14/07 al 21/07 camera perfetta ( dal nostro lato silenziosa ) pulizia delle camere soddisfacente ,ambiente nuovo e cucina ben attrezzata ,personale molto disponibile e gentile posizione ottima nel centro di Santa Eularia
