Fantastic, beautiful location, superb staff, a joy to stay. We enjoyed one of the recently refurbished rooms which was nice. Only slight area for improvement was dinner but otherwise perfect stay. A special mention to some of the extraordinary staff who really go above and beyond.

Hotel very dated and decor very tired. Staff gave the impression that they wanted us to retire when the entertainment finished (10.30am) like an old folks home. One four person lift for the whole hotel,...................................................

My husband and I have stayed at the hotel many times over the years we have never been disappointed it’s a lovely hotel in an ideal spot overlooking the sea and Marina . We stayed for 11 days this time and feel that the hotel has dropped its standards we arrived 45 minutes after the dining room closed at 10:15pm due to our delayed flight and wasn’t offered any food not even a tea or coffee on previous stays we were offered sandwiches and tea/coffee when I spoke to Monica the next morning she did apologise. Not good enough ! The entertainment was varied and ok but was only for 1 hour, 9.30 until 10.30 although I feel there wasn’t enough Staff they all were brilliant. We upgraded to a deluxe room which was €297 which included the tourist tax, will we return..the jury is out on that one !!

We arrived tired after an early flight from the UK. Reception allowed us to check-in early and were very kind. This was very much appreciated. We were the first guests of the 2025 season so felt very special in this respect. Everything about the hotel was lovely and we have been so very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the view from our balcony over the pool area and out to sea. The atmosphere of the hotel was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome both within the hotel as well as being welcomed to the island and being provided with lots of information about transport in Ibiza and on how to get to Formentera. The new receptionist who assisted our check-in provided some top travel tips throughout as well as checking us out of the hotel and ordering us an airport taxi - thank you again for this excellent wraparound service. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic - lots of choice, healthy options and really good coffee. The dining room was immaculate. Service in the hotel restaurant was again superb with friendly staff who cleaned up after guests throughout the meal and non-intrusively. We were highly impressed with their attention to detail and the breakfast experience was a pleasure. The pool and sunbathing areas were well-maintained and attractive and the garden areas were well kept - all providing a lovely and relaxing environment for guests. The hotel is in an ideal location - just a pleasant stroll along the promenade and you are at the marina or in the hub of town within 10 minutes. We have returned to the UK with lovely memories of our stay in this hotel. 1000% recommended - thank you Catalonia Ses Estaques for providing a beautiful and memorable stay to first time visitors. We really do hope to be back. Your service really is exemplary.

We stayed at this hotel when we were taking part in the Ibiza marathon (me) and the 22km (my son, his partner and our friend). The location is perfect being next to the Expo (Congress) and next to the bus collection points and exactly 1 km from the race finish. I mixed up our booking, being confused with the grander hotel next door with a similar name (Royal Ses Estaques) but reception swiftly sorted this out so we were all together. The rooms are very comfortable. Mine had a fabulous view of the beach and a balcony. The food in the restaurant is good with limited vegan options (baked beans, hummus).
