I have previously stated at this hotel and written great reviews, but this visit was very different. I arrived at the hotel and it looked closed ! However, there was a notice on the door to call a telephone number for reception. I called, and it became clear that the girl was actually sitting at the reception desk and the door was open! So why have the sign displayed?- to lazy to take it down when reception is actually ' manned ? Check in was handled effectively. However when I asked about dinner I was told that the bar and restaurant were closed and handed a leaflet for a restaurant in town. Not at all inspiring as it was just burgers and pizzas! It was also pouring with rain amd it was very disappointing to have to go out in the rain to find food. I don't know if they will be open for breakfast tomorrow but have already decided to have breakfast at the airport. My room was spotlessly clean but cold. It was March, and there was no heating. My room was located at the front of the hotel, and I was woken up by heavy traffic, large lorries, at 5am. A very disappointing stay and ai am.booked here upon my return from Madrid. Will see how that goes ? It may be time to look for another hotel ?

Great location for airport. Can also catch bus into Granada City. Delightful owners. Family run hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great cafe/ bar/ restaurant. Very reasonable. Bedrooms are good size. Comfortable beds and good shower. Great breakfasts available.

Simply HORRIFYING. Thursday, July 13, 2023 We arrived and it seemed abandoned. A sign on the door indicated a phone number to call, before the cleaning woman appeared and opened the door for us and she was the one who called the owner. We arrived at 2:30 p.m. without eating from Madrid, and they had everything closed: (, we with a 7-year-old child.... The owner's response (quite surly and angry), I think they woke him up from his nap, was that The employees were on vacation................. What a response in the middle of summer in a transit area, so forget about transfers, purchase passes for visits to Granada or anything as advertised in The internet is a shame, the place and the treatment, in the end we simply rested for a while and left and of course, when we left there was NO ONE at the reception... What a calamity, it doesn't even deserve the two stars it deserves. has.

Fence dive... I hope I never come back 😔 filth to the max, lousy bathroom with broken shower, uncomfortable bed with worn sheets.... The worst hotel I've ever been in... not a hostel like that... Shame... I'll never go back further
