This is a lovely place to stay, it’s peaceful and the staff and owners are so nice. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. We will be going back to Santa Fe often and this is the place we will be staying.

This historic Inn is all the pictures and reviews say it is! My friend and I stayed in the DH Lawrence room. The mattress was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was a generous size with wondered water pressure. We even lit a wood fire one night (firewood already in the room!). But our favorite amenity was the gourmet breakfasts! Everything was made to order- and they even keep the mugs on a warming plate! We made some good friends during breakfast and happy hour (that’s right… from 5-6 they serve very nice wine!!). One lady we met was staying here for the 5th time! I will absolutely stay here if I’m ever lucky enough to get back to Santa Fe! And … if Alex recommends something- do it! He is a wealth of knowledge!

Beautiful charming and comfortable inn. A lot of artistic history . Innkeepers are lovely and accommodating. Nice location. Fantastic breakfasts, daily wine hour.

My husband and I chose The Inn of the Turquoise Bear for our small elopement on November 1st. We chose their Vida Encatadora Elopement package for us and our 6 guests. We are not exaggerating when we say it could not have been a better experience! The Inn is absolutely beautiful and each room is so special and unique. The staff was so welcoming and helped us every step of the way in planning our wedding ceremony. Flowers, cake, officiant (Innkeeper Alex did a wonderful job)—all were part of our package and all were exactly when we wanted. They made it so easy and we seriously had zero stress on our wedding day. We haven’t even mentioned the breakfasts. Every day we had a different, huge, delicious breakfast (our favorites were the huevos rancheros and the blue corn pancakes). Desserts and snacks were in the main area all day, and wine at 5pm every day. This place is so beautiful and special. It just has a loving vibe. The owners and staff were amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

The atmosphere is serene, and attention to detail is superb. The bed was so comfortable, I slept deeply. This was my solo getaway to contemplate, journal and walk around Santa Fe Plaza. I loved every moment, especially the amazing breakfasts with other friendly guests.

Perfect location. Walked to the farmers market and plaza. Drove to canyon road. We were in the unattached building and it was private and comfortable. Shower was huge. Staff was kind and the breakfasts were amazing. Little treats left out were such a nice touch.

Santa Fe is a very magical place. My first time. The Inn provided a wonderful HOME base for 5 days. Such a rich Inn with history over the last 100 years! Warm caring and attentive staff, fabous gourmet breakfasts an cozy rooms with fire places. PLUS I needed recommendations here and there - breakfast time provided that special assistance! The Inn provided for me that extra special difference in making my trip to Santa Fe a really great memory! Thank you!
