A beautiful traditional hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but the decor and ambiance is nice. Location is not directly in the mix but a short drive or walk to shops and dining.
Overall I like the hotel but will probably stay somewhere closer to town next time.

Comfortable and quiet. I had a superb salt-scrub and massage from Rebecca. Even though check-in wasn't until 4 o'clock, I had access to the pool and spa all day . The restaurant is very nice and has excellent food. I had the trout.

The hotel shuttle was excellent. Our hats off to our driver Rick! Would not have wanted to walk to the plaza area due to it seemed a little sketchy. So The shuttle took us everywhere and picked us up. The hotel itself had authentic native decor which was nice but it felt old and stale. Service from all the staff was excellent!

ダブルベッドx2のスイートを予約し、連日歩き通しのプランなので疲れを取るため事前に浴槽付きの部屋が確保できる様ホテルへ直接メールで念押し確認しておいたのですが、当日に団体客が入ったとの理由から滞在中全てシャワーのみの部屋になってしまい、残念でした。また室内にコーヒーメーカーがなく、朝11時までフロント近くのバーエリアに設置されるのを取りに行く必要があり不便でした。部屋からはすぐの距離ですが、しかたなく身なりを整えてコーヒーを取りに行ったところ、たまたまバスローブ1枚で前をはだけて、下は**・裸足の方がいて、そこまで気を使わなくて良いのだと学びました。こちらは慌てて目をそらしたので、その方が女性だったのか男性だったのかも不明です。
朝9、10時くらいから夜22時まで、サンタフェ中心地のマップ内（地図をもらえます）であれば、どこでも無料シャトルバス（チップのみ）を頼めるのは便利でした。
ホテルから出発する際はフロントに伝えて入り口で待つと1～5分程度でとてもフレンドリーなドライバーが来てくれます。また外からホテルまでのピックアップはフロントに電話で場所を伝える必要があります。今回はアメリカ国内で電話が使えなかったので、帰りは毎回Uberタクシーを使いましたが、サンタフェ市内Uberタクシーの利用は問題ありませんでした。日中に中心地まで歩くのは問題ないですが、暗くなってからの帰りは安全面のため徒歩は避けたほうがよさそうです。歩いて数分の所にあるTomasita’sというレストランは南西部料理がとてもおいしかったです。またホテルのドアを出てぐるっと駐車場エリアを回ると、裏口から土曜日朝のファーマーズマーケットまですぐです。ファーマーズマーケットと隣接して現地の生産者から直接アクセサリーやタイルアート等のお土産が買えるエリア（屋内・屋外）もあり、楽しめました。
夜になると暖炉のあるレストランエリアで生演奏が楽しめます。ネイティブアメリカンの笛の演奏はとても幻想的で素敵でした。
部屋は天井が高くゆったりした作りですが、洗面台にドアがついていないため誰かが寝ているときにドライヤ―を使うのははばかられます。ベッドが高くて日本人にとってはよじ登らないといけず、ちょっと腰かける様に座ることが出来ませんが寝心地は大変よかったです。

My car was hit in the parking lot; the noise level at night was excessive; no towel racks; the air conditioning filter in the ceiling made a loud noise every time the air would shut off.

I've stayed here many times over the years and I've always had a great experience. If I had a criticism it would be that the parking stalls are way too narrow. With a great event of the Indian market brought so many visitors.

Nice place to stay. Good staff. Pricing is good for Santa Fe in summer. 1/2 mile from historic center. Walk is direct and largely w/o shade. Would stay there again.

Staff was great. The dining area is very pretty. Rooms need to be updated and they need to have a gift shop
