My favorite thing about this place is that I am not there any more. It’s hugely misrepresented on TA (the few good reviews given here were from 2022 , when this place was under different management): -It’s not a B&B - no breakfast, and it’s not a “luxury guest house.” -There is no minibar, no housekeeping, no bottled water -There is “outdoor furniture” but the yard is neglected and filthy -Security is poor: we accidentally found out that our room key opened other room doors! -It takes 10 minutes for the water in the bathroom to get warm. Only warm. The shower malfunctions and sprays water on your face and all over the bathroom -But the worst thing by far is Federico, the manager. He’s only there for check-in and check out. If you need anything at other times, he’s at least 30 minutes away. The rate he charged me was almost €40 more than the rate given on the booking site. On at least one occasion he was quite rude and unreasonably demanding. I now understand why he requires avance payment. I would have left immediately.

Luogo degradato trascurato e squallido sia esternamente che internamente. Privo di TV e bidet, odore di miffa e fogna, ruggine e usura in piu parti, vetro doccia sostituito da tenda, frigo malfunzionante privo di acqua ne bagnoschiuma e shampoo x doccia. Pareti di carta velina i confinanti sembravano nella nostra stanza, dimensioni della stanza m2,5 x m4 con letto centrale non si riusciva a girarci intorno, assenza di comodini, unica unico appendi abiti a soffitto, fatto con tubi di ferro, e dotato di grucce da lavanderia, unico mobiletto presente appicicoso, inutilizzabile xche anch'esso con una profondità di 30cm potevano entrarci solo le scarpe. Area comune disordinata con avanzi di cibo, e odore di fumo .Non ci è stata fatta alcuna ricevuta, non ostante lavessimo richiesta piu volte...siamo scappati..da questo luogo fatiscente e lugubre.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un charmant petit hôtel à Santa Margarita, et je ne peux que le recommander chaleureusement ! L'accueil par Federico, le propriétaire, a été exceptionnel. Il est d'une gentillesse rare et se donne vraiment du mal pour que ses clients se sentent chez eux. Federico est également une mine de conseils sur les meilleures activités et restaurants de la région, ce qui a enrichi notre séjour. Les chambres sont simples mais très confortables, et l'atmosphère de l'hôtel est à la fois chaleureuse et conviviale. Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'accueil est sincère et où l'on prend soin de vous, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cet hôtel est un véritable petit bijou en Italie ! Merci encore, Federico, pour votre hospitalité inoubliable !

Guesthouse posizionata praticamente in cento santa margherita. All'esterno c'è un fila di parcheggi gratuiti, se si è fortunati si riesce a trovare posto. Camere ben arredate, spaziose il giusto. Bagno piccolino. Pulizia buona. Federico, l'host, veramente disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato un po' di consigli su dove mangiare e su cosa fare a Santa. Insomma consigliato.

Affittacamere in buona posizione, ma gestito male (nuova gestione da tre anni). Al mio arrivo nella camera non c'erano la carta igienica e il bagnoschiuma/shampoo, che ho dovuto quindi chiedere, inoltre il frigobar non era perfettamente funzionante (non raffredda al di sotto dei 10 gradi). Con mia enorme sorpresa nel bagno non c'era il bidet (c'è infatti solo in una camera su quattro), né la vasca (come invece mi era stato detto al telefono), ma era presente un persistente odore di fogna. Le camere non sono dotate di tv. Il piccolo spazio comune esterno non è vivibile, in quanto piuttosto sporco, poco curato e pieno di zanzare. Per queste caratteristiche considero il prezzo di 160/180 € a notte (senza colazione) piuttosto caro, anche se mi è stato assicurato dal gestore che per quella camera, nei giorni del mio soggiorno, erano state offerte 250 € e oltre!

Esperienza super positiva nel bnb di Federico! Camera carina, accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Posizione strategica in una via molto tranquilla e vicina alla stazione, ma soprattutto al centro città. La struttura è ideale per trascorrere una vacanza nella località ligure, ottimo compromesso.

Très bel accueil avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et les promenades. Chambre propre, spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours chez Federico et espérons y revenir. La maison est proche du centre mais au calme.
