Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Highly recommend. It's an easy walk to Santa Maria Degli Angeli (Saint Mary of the Angels) a beautiful Basilica, and an easy drive to Assisi. Great service! Very responsive and gracious staff. The food is excellent! Our group had dinner and breakfast there and it was better than most of the restaurants we've been to here. The bathrooms are very modern and set up well. The room was a good size with a decent amount of storage. The pull- out bed was comfortable, as were the regular beds. The elevators work well. The inside of the hotel looks nice and kept up.

Ottima accoglienza e professionalità. Stanza con vista sulla Basilica di Assisi. Stanza pulita e confortevole, buona colazione, parcheggio sempre disponibile. A circa 1,5 km dalla Porziuncola e dalla Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli e 6 km dalla Basilica di Assisi.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura insieme ad un gruppo di circa 40 persone, dopo aver preso accordi con la Gentilissima Signora Elisa, che ha fatto l’impossibile per assecondare le nostre richieste! Camere ampie e luminose, ambienti pulitissimi,cucina attenta a tutte le esigenze. Posto in posizione eccellente, apprezzato dall’intero gruppo!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel il 27 settembre per un pellegrinaggio ad Assisi. Hotel carino, receptionist accoglienti e cordiali. Parcheggio e spazio esterno. Camera pulite e grandi con divanetto , bagno moderno. Colazione abbondante, pranzo e cena mediocre.

Le stanze sono spaziose . Personale molto gentile. Buffet della colazione , vario ma non si capiva di cosa erano fatte le torte e dolci vari perché non era segnalato nessun ingrediente. Purtroppo il due lo do per la pulizia. Davvero pessima ! Polvere ovunque! Mobile tv, testiera del letto, sotto il letto, sotto il divano letto addirittura gomitoli 🙈! Il letto non aveva il copri materasso! C’era solo un lenzuolo sul materasso. Idem per i cuscini . In bagno c’erano peli e capelli ovunque e schizzi di dentifricio su specchio e piastrelle. Davvero pessimo! La pulizia è fondamentale! Lo sconsiglio!

Non per criticare nessuno ma come si fa a dire Hotel 4 stelle? Abbiamo soggiornato qui la notte scorsa, sicuramente posizione strategica per visitare Santa Maria degli Angeli ed i meravigliosi luoghi intorno ma riguardo la pulizia ci sarebbe veramente tanto da dire. Camera sporca e mancata manutenzione. Appena entrati in camera, ci siamo resi conto della sporcizia che c’era. Trovati due calzini in bagno lasciati da coloro che hanno soggiornato in camera prima di noi se non ancora prima. Polvere ovunque, frigo staccato, televisione non funzionante e potevi caricare il telefono solo con la luce accesa… Materassi sporchi e reti avvallate. lascio immaginare che nottata! Peccato ma sicuramente bocciato da non tornarci!

Mio figlio è appena tornato da una gita scolastica ed ha soggiornato in questo albergo. Rispetto alle recensioni lette, la stanza si è dimostrata abbastanza nuova e pulita, quello proprio da rivedere è la cucina! I ragazzi non hanno proprio mangiato, cibo cucinato male e di scarsa qualità, ma la cosa più grave è che a tavola è arrivato un piatto di pasta con un fil di ferro dentro, e nessuno è intervenuto neanche per domandare scusa ! Una cosa gravissima!
