I had planned to stay here for a family wedding but as a result of Covid it was postponed twice (over two years) and sadly the new dates weren’t available at Villa Elaia. But just wanted to write a note as Alfonso was so friendly to deal with when my plans kept changing and even went out of his way to try find me alternate accomodation when he had no availability. Such a breath of fresh air compared with other venues I have dealt with over the last 2 years that I thought it was worth sharing! If they are as helpful and friendly in person as they have been on email, you will have a great time!

Die Ferienwohnung im Haus würde auch vier Personen ausreichend Platz bieten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Unsere Terrasse hatte Meerblick, den wir fürs Frühstück und das Abendessen genutzt haben. Die gesamte Anlage inkl. Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt - jeden Tag ist jemand vor Ort ansprechbar und kümmert sich. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden. Das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und verschiedenen Stränden ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auch wenn einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden sind - was für uns kein Problem war. Die Straße haben wir kaum wahrgenommen.

Non credo si possa chiedere di più. È' la vacanza perfetta, in un posto incredibile. Alla sera si cena con il sole che abbraccia il golfo di Salerno e tramonta sul profilo di Capri e Ischia. C'è pace in giardino e piscina, due gioiellini. Mare bandiera blu a S Maria, Ogliasta marina con la sua bellissima spiaggia e un bosco meraviglioso fino al faro di punta Licosa....poi Castellabate, e PAESTUM. E ancora tanto. Grazie ad Alfonso, gentilissimo e colto, e grazie al mitico Florian... Impagabile. Speriamo tornare... Maria e Dino Ernesto Vicenza.

Siamo stati accolti con autentica ospitalità in una delle case della Villa e siamo rimasti incantati dal panorama, dagli spazi comuni e dalla cordialità dei gestori. Si può andare in centro a piedi in 5 minuti e c'è un posto auto internamente. In casa c'è tutto e le case e la struttura sono belle e curate. Florin è attento e gentile e tutti ma proprio tutti siamo soddisfatti , anche la nostra cagnolina. Mi piacerebbe molto tornare.

Bellissima struttura ubicata tra gli ulivi in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal centro storico. L’appartamento assegnatoci (Gramigna) era arredato con grande gusto locale e dotato di ogni confort (tv, wi- fi, biancheria per la casa, climatizzatore in ogni stanza, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, specchio cosmetico a muro); il giardino, molto ampio, ospitava un ampio tavolo, un salottino, due comodissime sdraio e un barbecue. Bellissima la piscina. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato chiuso da cancello automatico. La gentilezza del proprietario Alfonso e del dipendente ci hanno fatto sentire graditi ospiti. Consigliato anche alle persone più esigenti.

Vacanze stupende, appartamento al top, tutti i confort, pulizia estrema, disponibilità del titolare al massimo per non parlare di Florin mitico factotum della struttura. È perfetto per una famiglia, giardino, bordo piscina, con prato verde per rilassarsi e interminabili partite a carte, petfetti tutto.

Wohnung im oberen Geschoss, Südseite. Die obersten zwei Wohnungen bieten eine schöne Aussicht auf Santa Maria und das Meer. Die Durchgangsstrasse, Agropoli - Santa Maria di Castellabate - Palinuro, ist sehr stark befahren und sehr laut. Auch die Geräusche der Klimageräte auf der Terrasse stören sehr; unglückliche Installation! Die Sonnenstoren sind veraltet und bieten nur teilweise Schutz. Auf der Terrasse fehlt ein wirksamer Schutz gegen die Nachmittags-/Abendsonne. In der Küche und im Badezimmer gibt es gar keinen Sonnenschutz mit dem Ergebnis, dass es im Sommeer brütend heiss wird. Im gesamten Appartement ist es dadurch sehr warm. Rund um den Pool gibt es genügend Liegestühle; aber leider keinen einzigen Sonnenschirm. Der verrostete Grill ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Geschirr ist sehr knapp bemessen. Wir haben mehr erwartet von diesem Apartment. Florin, der „Houskeeper“, ist sehr freundlich, sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit!
