We had an amazing experience thanks to Julio! He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed about the resort and the beautiful surrounding areas of Huatulco. When my partner dropped his phone in the pool, Julio was quick to help us out and even got us a bag of rice to save it. He also assisted us with some room issues and made the booking process for our Fun and Sun tour seamless. Julio’s friendly and attentive service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We stayed here from March 26th - April 1st & had the best time! Resort was very clean, food was good, hotel pool was really nice & the beach club was awesome! Service was great, everyone was really friendly. Location was perfect, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of restaurants handy, a large market is very close & the marina is also quite close. Very happy!

The property is on the outskirts of La Crucita El Centro Huatulco. Got our daily exercise climbing the stairs to the fourth floor. Nice room and bedding Unfortunately on the weekend property was full and noisy throughout the night. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.We felt very comfortable. Great daily breakfast poolside. Balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Very clean. 10 minute walk to El Centro. We took taxis to the beaches very affordable. We moved to their sister property 12 klm away the Blue Bocana on the ocean a sea view property. Small pool and roof top restaurant . Great food and service. A two minute walk to the beach. Rooms were very nice and clean with a lovely view. We preferred the Blue Bocana, great service , quiet except for the dogs and Roosters. I’m also a ocean lover so I was in my element. We really appreciated Irvin, knowledgeable and a kind soul. We felt like family❤️ We would definitely return. We would recommend both properties
