Our second visit to this site & would recommend it as a stopover or good base for visiting Salamanca. Facilities are clean but a little tired & can be cold pre & post summer months. Hotel adjacent has pool which opens 1st June & bus to Salamanca has a stop right outside the site (€1.60)

Have stayed here several times over the years. Very handy convenient stop over. Salamanca is a beautiful city & the hourly bus at €1.60 is great from the entrance of the site. Lots of hot water but shower block not heated so very cold( choose your time to shower !) No soap or hand dryer in toilets. Muddy if wet but drains quickly. WiFi was very good. Staff excellent.

La terraza del camping by Regio. Pésimo servicio y grosería en bandeja. Pésimo servicio el de esta terraza. Camarera muy imperativa en las formas desde el inicio. " Siéntate aqui, yo te lo traigo, no te muevas, dónde vas "... y otras lindezas. Pedimos una paella de pollo con un cubierto adicional de una cuchara para una persona con minusvalia 100%. Nos trajeron la paella y SOLO la cucharilla. Al solicitar cubiertos pues eramos 3 personas, nos ofrecen UN TENEDOR en un platillo. Tuve que dirigirme a la barra a solicitar un juego de cubiertos que incluyera cuchillo, que ME NEGARON. Asi como una servilleta grande ( la que envuelve los cubiertos) para cubrir a mi madre y evitar que se manchara. La respuesta del camarero de barra fue que si mi madre se manchaba NO ERA ASUNTO SUYO" Fue burdo, grosero, maleducado y engreido. A esto hay que añadir que te cobrar por persona una bandejita de pan que nunca pedimos, y que amablemente rechazamos. El comentario de la camarera fue " por Dios". El único que ha perdido en esta situación ha sido él, ya que habiamos cenado allí 3 noches anteriores y nos quedaban todavia otras 18 noches de cenas. Groseros, no gracias!!! Mi valoración para ese restaurante es "de menos 100 estrellas. Afortunadamente hemos interpuesto reclamación esta mañana ante la Junta de Castilla y León, en la Dirección general de Turismo.

We stayed in our campervan in the hotel grounds. Pitches were fine, decent size and quite level. Electricity hook up and wi fi were an issue the night we stayed. Some people had to move to be able to hook up. Wi fi was very poor. Bus service to Salamanca on site, about every half hour. Facilities were clean although many loos were out of commission , ther were still enough as it was low season. Restaurant in the hotel on site left a little to be desired. I ordered a mixed plate when it came everything was deep fried in batter, tiny prawns, chicken nugget type things, octopus and potato croquettes. You couldn’t order veg……. Staff were helpful although when we arrived I was told I was a day early for my booking, I wasn’t and we got is sorted out but not sure it’s a 4 star establishment .
