Awful awful place - we were confronted with a family with a feral 5 year old and two parents who couldn't and wouldn't control him. The staff despite numerous complaints would also not do anything. The guy who is clearly working from home would come to the common part at 7am and start his conference calls at the top of his voice - again the staff did nothing, In the end despite paying for 4 nights we left after 3 because the management would do nothing about this awful family. Despite having their own villa on the other side of the property stayed all day and night in the area next to our villa causing huge amounts of noise. Do not stay here - you risk having the same experience.

Having stayed here pre-covid, I was glad to find it is still going better than ever. We stayed overnight after a long day walking in Parque Tayrona. Perfect way to finish up the day and spend the night. Staff friendly as ever, food and drinks were both good.

Der Perfekte Ort, um dem Alltagstrubel zu entfliehen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und wird liebevoll bewirtschaftet. Das Personal war stets um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht und das Essen war köstlich. Gut fand ich auch, dass eine gute Auswahl vegetarischer Gerichte angeboten wurden. Und da wäre noch der Papagei der Nachbarin, welcher ab und an vorbeikommt und die Gesellschaft geniesst. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Aangekomen bij het prachtige Entre-bosques hotel kwamen we in een paradijsje. Een hele mooie plek in de jungle. Het zwembad is heerlijk groot, alles is ruim opgezet en er zijn meerdere plekken om te verblijven. Er is een hele mooie relax-plek gemaakt met hangmatten en 's avonds is alles sfeervol verlicht. De bungalows zijn goed onderhouden, het personeel zeer vriendelijk en Monica, de eigenaar is een hele aardige, vrolijke vrouw die perfect Engels spreekt. De luxe van een heerlijk hotel in combinatie met heel veel ruimte en een relaxte sfeer. Vanaf deze plek is het Tyrona-park goed te bereiken met de auto, het rustige strand, Cocos ligt op 35 minuten lopen van het hotel. Monica heeft haar eigen Tyrona-park gecreëerd! We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.
