We had such a great stay at Divanga whilst doing our open water PADI course. The hostel itself was really lovely and clean and the pool was very welcome when the weather was boiling!! Lucy and her staff were all extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Would really recommend booking the diving through the hostel as the instructors were amazing and it was really easy to do the pool/classroom learning from the hostel. Thanks for a great stay!

This place feels like being at home. The food that is made here is so delicious. Lucy and Lola really take care of everything. The vibe is relaxed and very pleasant. Also the offer of doing a diving course here is really well organized and a wonderful extra. Would definitely come back !

First good time I have slept in weeks. Very comfortable beds with AC, friendly staff and delicious food for breakfast and dinner. You can also arrange a diving tour with the hostel, which is done professionally and the school is very good. Good diving instructors and guides and felt very safe there

The food was tasty. The vegetarian bolognese was not really what you expect, but it was good. We waited a bit too long for our food even the restaurant was not crowded in any way. That’s the only critic. Otherwise really worth a visit! Would recommend.

Such a fantastic place, we came here to do our open water certification and ended up staying almost 3 weeks and did our advanced as well. The food is excellent (there's also a kitchen for self catering), it's got a very friendly and relaxed vibe, and all the staff and volunteers are super friendly. The diving with Alan was so good - he made everyone feel very relaxed and we felt safe with him all the time. Merci Lucie et Alan!

My wife and I stayed the night before and after our lost city trek, while my parents stayed with our 8yo son for 6 nights. We all had a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the staff and the owner, lucie. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The last day, we had a very early check out (early flight from Santa Marta) and we had asked to leave us some fruit to take to the airport. Instead, they had prepared us a real breakfast with fresh juice and hot coffee! We couldn’t believe it :-). We fully recommend this hostel!

Huge fan of this hostel! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the air conditioner in our private room was NECESSARY. But the staff and other guests definitely made our experience (and am a big fan of the newly instate happy hour)! If you’re looking for new friends and a yummy breakfast, 100% choose this hostel. Wifi didn’t handle Zoom meetings if you’re trying to cowork, as a heads up!

Davinga Hostel is a perfect place to stay while in Taganga. I had to work, and it was super easy with wifi and places to sit. At the same time my buddy had great time getting scuba certified by their recommendation. It's a very quiet and cute set up, with a great pool in the middle surrounded by hammocks and chairs. The rooms are super comfortable and bathrooms are abundant. Lastly, the staff is great! I don't know all of their names, but Lucie, Greg, and the rest of the staff are awesome. They look after you and take care of you. Also - the food is wonderful!
