I read many mixed reviews prior to going and was conflicted. I was very happy I went. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They were ready and willing to help. The room is not as big as the picture demonstrates, I had the room with the balcony(recommended) the room was very clean. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The food is absolutely delicious, 5 stars, excellent value. We enjoyed time in the 5th floor pool, the bartenders will bring your drinks to you in the pool. The beach club restaurant had outstanding food, the seafood was fresh. The gym is fully stocked with all workout equipment, I worked out everyday. I highly recommend. Negatives; only one luggage rack in the room, clothes storage is limited, everything closes at 9:00 pm, including the pool and restaurant you must eat early, by 8:30,

We paid 720k pesos for 2 nights, we were reimbursed half because just after entering the room we ran out, the photos both on booking and on Google are a farce and edited, the facilities are neglected, the old paint without maintenance, the tv screen in the small room, the pool in the lobby with a cream of dirt, Deceptive photos and the best thing perhaps is that being close to the beach for those who stay can spend it outside since in the hotel they get into depression.

I liked the beach which is about a block from the premises. The beach club, well I did not see any club, you can have some drinks an food, but it is not really a beach club. The rooms where nice, the food was good. The breakfast was good. Some staff members were very helpful, but for example the roof bar service was regular

I walked over from my room at the Santorini villa for breakfast and was stopped at the front desk and told i have to wear a mask to enter . . I was embarrassed and felt like i wasn't treated as a decent human being yes i have tattoos and wear black t shirts really nice ones as a matter of fact needless to say i wasn't feeling welcomed nor was breakfast appealing especially having to also walk by a stinking pile of garbage in the street to get to the entrance. Over the yrs the staff have been amazing it's changed some or most still are others are not also the safe in my room has no instructions on how to use nor is it secured in anyway just grab and go geesh one star only. What happened Santorini use to be my favorite place :(

We booked this hotel first but when we arrived we realized the beach it's 1 block away. Pictures doesn't show you the truth. They move us to another hotel Ssntorini Casablanca that has a beach but it's very very far from everything. I thing that is so expensive and not worthy

Be sure that you book inn the section the hotel that is close to the beach and with better service, if you have to stay there, I had stayed in the same hotel some other times but this last time the quality was inferior, to say the least. Many other choices for the same price around that area.

Don’t ever come to this hotel. We have to wait for our room for more then 4 hours. All rooms where dirty , to many people, the personal didn’t know what to do . Restaurants I’ve croute.save your self a headache.

It happened to me that I made a reservation at Santorini Villas del Mar, which in theory are luxury rooms, but since it is low season they were on sale, but when I checked in, they gave me a room in another Santorini Casablanca hotel in the same resort that cost a lot less at the original price than what I had paid and they told me it was the same; Although it was clearly not similar, when I told them that my reservation was for villas del mar they told me "if you want, when you finish your stay, make your claim" I asked for the claims book and they did not want to give it to me, "they told me if you want, put your claim on a blank sheet of paper "they charged me 70 dollars more for an ocean view" their ocean view was a 1x1.5 m window in the corner of the room. I would say that the cost/service ratio is not worth it, I paid almost more than double because I thought it was a luxury room with an ocean view and it turned out to be on the corner of a 6-story building. I would say that you check the specific conditions of the room carefully before making the payment if you want to go there. If not, It will bring great surprises.
