Regular. Shower that in a week, only 2 days had hot water. Annoying noises due to spare parts. Regular breakfast, little fruit, scrambled eggs, arepas, jam and little butter, that is, you can't help yourself, there are no options. A good place to stay. Close to the beach and in a quiet place, the food is good. The facilities could be updated (elevator, digital key). Good cleanliness and good attention from the hotel staff. Outside the hotel you can find different points for activities around the beaches and city.

During Easter the service is terrible, the pool is dirty, the cleanliness in the rooms is terrible, they do not change sheets, apart from that when storing the suitcases inside the hotel and in the custody of the Hotel they opened them, clothes, jewelry and money are stolen, I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT HOTEL and I will always give a bad review of this hotel. OUTSIDE of that a lot of noise.

No recomiendo este hotel pésima la comida no tiene ascensor y nos tocaba subir cinco pisos por escaleras adicional muy peligrosas para personas de la tercera edad el personal algunos nada amables no volvería a hospedarme ni lo recomiendo pésimo servicio me tocó hasta pagar por guardar el equipaje el día que salíamos no compensa el servicio con lo que se paga

Pésimo servicio. A mi pareja le robaron un reloj costoso y la argolla de matrimonio, nadie responde, la comida es pésima, las habitaciones viejas, los controles de los TV no funcionan, no cambian sábanas. Un hotel que no recomiendo y espero no tener q volver a ese sitio. Son deshonesto y no les interesa en lo más mínimo el cliente. Ni si quiera te prestan un servicio tan mínimo como calentar un vaso de agua.

Cuando llegamos esperábamos una habitación que correspondía al precio de $600.000 pesos por noche y nos presentaron una habitación de residencia ordinaria sin agua caliente etc. me quejé pero pasamos la primera noche a disgusto, al otro día reclame que me devolvieran el dinero o que los demandaba por el abuso, pero decidieron mostrarnos una que si correspondía, para las dos siguientes noches, ; si yo no hubiera reclamado se salen con las suyas. Música todo el día a todo volumen, no lo recomiendo.
