I stayed here with a student tour. My group had 10 students & the other 2 groups had an additional 35 chaperones & students. 2 of the 4 rooms my group had no AC. The hotel said it would be fixed, it wasn’t. The other 2 groups also had no AC in 1/2 of their rooms. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The non smoking rules are not enforced. The hallways on the second floor where we were smelling like cigarette smoke. It was loud. The bar customers on the outside terrace made a lot of noise. It kept many of my group up. The breakfast is adequate & my group liked it. The kitchen staff works really hard but it was difficult for one person to keep up with the several groups. The front desk staff was one person & while very nice really couldn’t help with the no AC & smoking when we complained. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s far away from the city center in Barcelona and is very industrial. I understand everyone is understaffed this summer but AC is a must during the very hot summer and no smoking needs to be enforced. My group smelled like smoke after walking through the hall to get downstairs.

Otel merkeze oldukça uzak. Etrafında market, restoran vs. hiç bir şey yok. Biz Kappa turun Ispanya turu kapsamında iki gece kaldık. Tur otelleri beklentimiz yüksek olmadığı için memnun ayrıldık. Odalar, çarşaflar temizdi. Ancak yorgan yerine nevresimsiz battaniye vardı. Bu olmaz. Kahvaltısı standartlarına göre çok iyiydi. Sık sık turlara katılan biri olarak, tur grubuna bu kadar doyurucu kahvaltı sürpriz oldu.

Experiencia de dos noches lamentable. Llegamos por la tarde a la habitación, nos encontramos una mancha de heces secas en el bidé, se lo decimos a la chica de recepción y como si oyese llover... Nos vamos a cenar y a la vuelta sigue allí... Al día siguiente limpian la habitación y sigue allí... Se lo digo a otra chica y lo único que sabe decirme es "qué raro, que raro", le enseño fotos y sin más... Un poco borde y maleducada. En fin, cero profesionalidad, para no volver nunca.

Es un hotel nefasto lo reservé el 7 de agosto 2022 y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que estaba completo. Por otro lado me dijeron que no podía pasar la noche y que me reembolsarían el dinero y llevo ya casi dos años y no me devolvieron todavía el dinero. No es un hotel nada formal se pasan la pelota cuando hablas con ellos y no quieren saber nada del asunto o directamente cuelgan. Mi puntuación es de 0 estrellas yo no sé lo recomiendo a nadie ya que cuando salen problemas no son resolutivos. Y ni me devuelven el dinero ni me permiten cambiar la fecha ni nada nunca he visto un hotel que se desentienda de esta manera de los clientes. Me tocó volver a casa con las maletas y encima peleándome cada x meses para recuperar mi dinero.

Nous avons été débité deux fois et impossible d'être remboursé. Nous avons été prélevé par la centrale de réservation et avons également dû payer sur place. Le personnel en place parlait très mal anglais. Je déconseille cet hôtel aux touristes, nous avons eu l'impression de gêner lors de notre séjour.
