For 1-2 days its okay. But for longer stay in Mallorca better search something else. Rooms are very old and loud.

The hotel is perfectly situated minutes away from the beach in Santa Ponsa. There are restaurants and cafe bars everywhere in sight. Also a good priced supermarket just a few doors up to the left. Firmly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, very spacious with comfortable beds and sofa. Kitchen stocked with equipment, fridge and microwave. Excellent shower with hairdryer in the bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and towels are provided and were changed halfway through our stay. Just small things missing for us such as a mirror outside of the bathroom. A kettle would have been ideal too - although heating water on the hob worked fine. Pool areas not the largest but plenty of beds available to use. Great value for the money we paid to stay. Would recommend.

Havung dtayed here previously we were looking forward to returning. The staff are all lovely and very polite. Apartment is nice with a great balcony. Basic kitchen which is a little dated however has all you need. Pool area is lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds at this time of year. The big problem was the noise of other inconsiderate guests. In particular a big group of ladies on a hen do. We love to have fun like everyone else but it's particularly inconsiderate to blare your music from your balcony with zero consideration for other holiday makers. Shouting between the apartments and generally being loud. It's just selfish and inconsiderate to think you're the only people who matter whilst away and not even think maybe we could turn our music down a little.....I feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with this and dont blame them really for not intervening as I can only imagine the reception they'd get. Glad to be leaving tomorrow for this reason...ruined our last 2 nights.

Perfect location in the quieter area of Santa Ponca with the beach being minutes away, the ***** being 10 mins away but over the over side of the bay. The hotel appears to cater for all backpackers, families, large groups and just a couple of friends needing some sun. The pools are clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was dated but clean, the sofa bed needed replacing as the metal could were all damaged but we managed to find a solution. There is no housekeeping but you can ask for towels and bedsheets if you require. The staff were very helpful and friendly they are the biggest attribute to the hotel. The hotel fits the rating

Bathroom very bad, smells very bad every day, we stayed 1 week no cleaning, no fresh towels, hairdryer did not work, bad bed, the only thing good about this place is the balcony with the nice view! You do not pay a lot but you do not get a lot besides de views….;(

Lovely spacious apartments plenty of room for a family. Pool area nice and quiet and chilled out, lovely views from the pool area. Negatives - ZERO cleaning of room in a 7 day stay that includes no bed changes or towel changes. I went down to reception on day 3 who told me ‘I can’t help you you need to speak to the cleaners?!’ Well I would have done if they had been around! I asked for some towels and I was told no by reception. Day 5 I spoke to a different receptionist who provided towels and sheets. I had to make all the beds, I dumped all the sheets on the corridor and they were collected very quickly. On day 7 I asked why did no one bother to clean our room, the receptionist just said ‘I don’t know.’ Also very very noisy at night. No security and no option to ring reception to report. The noise was on and on until 5am every night. For these two reasons we would not stay here again which is a huge shame because These issues could have easily been rectified

This hotel was cheap enough, so was not expecting much. The room had lots of space just not very well looked after / cleaned. Upon arrival the bathroom door was broken, underneath the kitchen side was old take away wrappers and after speaking with receptionist i was told to clean it myself. (This was the first day we arrived) The hotel is full of stag / hen do, would not recommend to a couple / family. We were woken up by music being blasted at 6:30am Location is good however you can hear everything in your room all night, walls are paper thin so can hear every conversation / music being played Pool opens and 10:00 and closes at 6:00pm everyday and this is enforced as you are told to leave the pool around 5:30.

Just back from a fabulous week in Santa Ponsa. The apartment was perfect, spacious, clean and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our 5th floor balcony. The staff were nice and friendly. My 6 year old spent the week in the pool which had plenty of shade for mammy
