Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff.
Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service.
Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!

Definitely not a four star hotel, very average and old fashioned. We arrived at night, no one at reception to check us in. Very strong smell of drains throughout. Our room had mould in the shower, dirty walls, other peoples hair in the bathroom and cracks in the tiles. The rainfall shower didn’t work and was rusty. We had to hold the shower to get washed. The lift had wires hanging out of it. Obviously dangerous. Noisy pipes outside the room in a boiler cupboard , lots of rattling and flushing noises all night. Balcony was very dirty, not maintained. Dirty sun lounger, overgrown shrubs Not a great selection of food, particularly for kids. We were half board and didn’t eat in the hotel once. The entrance to the hotel is nice. Location is quiet and there are nice restaurants nearby. However, claims made on the website are false. Gastronomy? Kids clubs? Entertainment? I didn’t see anything that resembled this. Didn’t find the staff helpful either. I wouldn’t recommend and will never go back.

Hotel very nice, most of the staff are friendly. Our cleaner was great and worked really hard all day. Only complaint I have is you had to pay for water at evening meal, I feel water should be free, didn't expect other drinks to be free but would have liked a glass of water instead of having to pay €2.90 for a bottle.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms in the main part of the building are bright and airy and seemed quite new, u like the rooms in the older part which are dark and cramped. the shower was also very powerful, so much so my daughter flooded the room as now lip on the tray. The hotel has a 4 star rating, I’m not sure how the stars are awarded but felt more like a 3 star to me. No water in room on arrival, not tea or coffee facilities in the room, no iron or board. The restaurant was always busy and the food was at best satisfactory, not that much selection. The outside pool looked like it had been newly renovated and looked really nice, indoor was pool was nice but no natural light. Location for me was great, 5 minute walk to the beach or centre of town.

After reading reviews I was a bit worried , but the moment we arrived we enjoyed our week long holiday . The hotel is clean, and pool area nice . We managed to get a sunbed every day. The food is what you pay for, for the price this is not bad! We found something to eat which we enjoyed every dinner time. We did only go half board. The area is great, the Beach 5 mins away, good shops and bars too. I really do think this was good value for money for half board.

Never again, would never recommend and hope no guest ever has the misfortune to experience the lowest form of customer service everrrrrr….. paid room confirmed not honoured on arrival, rotten reception furniture crumbling when sat on launching body onto cold concrete form causing injury, injury dismissed, hotel and director on site flat out refusal to report accident, refusal to assist with medical help despite being liable for accident, reception staff deliberately hostile because of no fear of any consequence to the point of taunts, eye rolls and laughter at customer distress so zero customer service or care and to top it all off, poolside thieves make this hotel their home. Need I say any more.

Good localisation - nearly to many of beachs Rooms - ok, for this price. Food - excellent, on breakfast many of choices, dinner has so many options and everyone finds something to eat Costumer Service - excellent, very nice reception staff, thay know many of languages and they are so helpful Hotels Parking - good, before season space is enough, there is no lights
