Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff.
Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service.
Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!

Lovely hotel with exceptionally clean room ………the beds were so comfy!! We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Bahia Del Sol. We were slightly apprehensive as the reviews were mixed. The food is your general buffet food but we ate out anyway. The only downside is it’s on the quieter side of the bay but we found some lovely little bars The New Acorn Santa Ponsa and Bar Rumba Santa Ponsa and walked over to the lively side of the bay at night and got a taxi back for €4.

First impressions the hotel is amazing -pool area lovely but no where near enough sun loungers for the summer season. The dining room is really lovely with great comfortable seating but we found it really disorganised. There is only one area serving mains which is against the back wall so sometimes the queue for main food could be 20 plus people long and then you felt rushed as people were queuing behind you! Didn’t find the waitresses very friendly and they spoke no English so we struggled to even order a glass of wine they just shoved the menu at us as they didn’t understand.

We had a very good price to stay and what we experienced was way beyond our expectations. Room was big, clean, well equipped. Staff from bars to reception very friendly and helpful. Amenities very good, view from sky bar awesome. Food was good, veg overcooked, but variety and taste was good. Would recommend this hotel and we would stay again if deal good

Hotel was lovely, friendly staff especially Sarah the lead entertainment manager. She went out of her way to make the group feel welcomed. She was great with the kids. Pool was great and they even had an indoor pool for the days when the weather was poor. Great gym facilities also. Great restaurant across the road called Rhein. Would reccomend to friends and family.

10/10. Entertainment for the kids and parents was brilliant, Sarah did an amazing job! The rooms and amenities are lovely. There is a perfect pool for all the family. The bar was a very nice and relaxed. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Definitely recommend!!!

The hotel was truly lovely clean & modern.staff very good especially in restaurant clearing plates & serving drinks.reception staff very friendly but very poor english we struggled to understand & only found eg indoor pool & sunroof by exploring hotel over a few days. Indoor pool so peaceful & quiet outdoor pool great too.wonderfull sunbathing terrace up on the roof with beautiful views.sky bar open evenings & again lovely views.we found it very peaceful & relaxing. Only a few minute walk to beautiful beach.bus stop just outside hotel lots if trips on offer & lots of restaurants,bars cafes,supermarkets & other shops just outside too.would definitely go back & have recommended it to friends & family.
