Walking distance to downtown with exciting restaurants, breweries and shopping, yet only a short drive (15-20 minutes) to some of the best wineries Sonoma County has to offer. Come and enjoy the modern, yet cozy decor of this beautiful 1933 home and explore the wonder of the North Bay.
The home offers two large living spaces, both with fireplaces, so there is space for everyone is enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen and great room lead out onto the back deck.
The kitchen is very well stocked with the tools and utensils you will need to prepare your meals. We provide basic essentials for cooking, such as oils and spices.
The master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk area.

Adorable
Fantastic, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard, entertaining areas, and kitchen. Plenty of room for five people. Helpful handbook of nearby wineries, eateries, and sundries, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Lovely Historic Home - Clean & Comfy!
We rented this lovely home when we were in town to see our new granddaughter. The home was impeccably clean! The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. I made big meals every night and found everything I needed in their well- equipped kitchen including nice sharp knives! Jo & Ed were extremely responsive when we had questions along the way. The neighborhood is so nice with many other well kept historic homes and you can walk into downtown Santa Rosa as well!
We have rented many homes and found this to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well-maintained homes so far!

Philip’s funeral mass
This was such an emotional and difficult weekend for us. My family attended a funeral mass for my son and we gathered after. This house was so warm, lovely and charming it was a blessing. I don’t know why but I immediately felt at home there. Everything we could have needed was available. We loved it and it was a very comforting place to stay. If they ever want to sell it I want to make the first offer💕💕💕

Fantastic house on a cute, quiet street close to everything! Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved this place. The perfect combo of modern and antique. Very comfortable beds, ultra-quiet street. If you are staying in Santa Rosa, this is a fabulous house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from fabulous wineries and Healdsburg, and close to town, where there are restaurants and cute shops.

Met our new granddaughter
We absolutely loved this property. We booked with short notice once our granddaughter was born. It is quiet, comfortable, charming and has everything you could ask for. I didn't want to leave, and can't wait to return.

Beautiful and Charming Home
This home is as cute in person as it looks in the pictures. Everything we clean and worked. The house is adorable and wonderfully maintained. The neighborhood is lovely. Hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!!
