Avoid This Hotel – Nothing Like the Website We were really looking forward to our holiday at Alegria Caprici Verd, but it turned into a major disappointment. At check-in, we had to pay €10 per person just for wristbands. Our room had two double beds instead of one — and one of them was a joke. It was unstable, wobbled constantly, and looked like it was going to collapse. I had to shove paper under the legs to keep it from moving. The safe didn’t work, and it cost €5 a day plus a €10 deposit just to use it. The balcony only had two chairs — no table. We asked for a room change and were told we could have a “premium” room for €90 more. The next day, that dropped to €35. We checked it out — one double bed, a kettle, and a sea view that was super windy. Not worth it, so we stayed. One day our room wasn’t cleaned at all — the cleaner literally skipped us. Another cleaner helped us out, but it was ridiculous. Also, they gave us just one small soap for a full 7-night stay, and our sheets were never changed. Ever. The food? Terrible. Cold, undercooked burgers at the snack bar. Fries cost extra. The buffet was no better — especially the pork, which was still pink and unsafe. Only desserts were good. Hot water was another problem. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. When I complained, the manager told me to use the showers at the indoor pool. Really? Entertainment was okay for two nights. Then it was taken over by a private French group that filled the space with their own people. Drinks stop being included at 11 PM — after that, we paid €4.40 for two waters. The jacuzzi was cold, and even using the pool cost more for towels and caps. The staff were sweet and tried to help, but management clearly doesn’t care. The pictures on the website are totally misleading. The all inclusive drinks poor choose. The WIFI is poor we have to just our Internet. Elevators are so slow and one of them is so scary . If you’re looking for a stress-free, romantic break — skip this hotel. It’s not worth your money, and you’ll come home more tired than when you left.

We had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend this hotel. We were a little apprehensive due to previous reviews but our experience was wonderful. We found all of the staff to be lovely and friendly. The activities, games and entertainment throughout the day and night were great fun! In the restaurant we found there was enough choice for everyone and the food was fresh and good quality. We look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Alegria Caprici Verd!

The hotel is in a good location. The food and dinning experience in this hotel is poor. Feels like a school canteen rather than a four star restaurant. We have stayed in Santa Susanna many times so are able to do comparisons with other 4 star hotels we have stayed in. This was the worst. Our room was ok. Comfortable bed but the bathroom had really bad mould in the shower. Bidet didn’t work. Pool side furniture tired and worn out. Entertainment terrible. We ended up dining in a aqua hotel for our evening meals, once we realised things were not going to get any better. So pleased we were not all inclusive, half board was bad enough!!!

Hotel was lovely to look at but staff on reception were rude and unhelpful . Bar staff were lovely as were restaurant staff . Food was shocking very title choice and the same thing every day . I hardly ate for 10 day and was all inclusive . There was nowhere after breakfast to get a drink , until 10am and all inclusive drinks at the bar start at 11am with a limit on which drinks are available to you at no cost . Wi fi didn’t really work unless sat right near reception . We were 4th floor and found if you sat on the loo you could get it every now and then . Entertainment was very bad and very little of it at all . The lifts could take 2 mins to come , we’re always breaking down and having a wheelchair user with us was very tiring waiting for one to come and then when it did it would be full . The hotel was very clean but unfortunately that is the only isotope I have to say

Honest review travelling as a family of 7 adults 1 teen and an 18 month old . Great hotel location quite end of the ***** but lovely evening walks along very accessible. Hotel rooms were clean and very spacious we had rooms 115 116 and 117 the extra balcony space was fantastic with a toddler all inclusive was fine does get repetitive as most all inclusives but always found something to eat only found 2 rude members of bar staff everyone eles was super friendly and pleasant. Just a few negative points firstly the tile work round the pool area is broken and loose could do with renewal and mabe made non slip secondly there is no safe areas for a toddler to play maybe a small fenced off area with some soft play toys would be useful and lastly and the biggest one for me while being all inclusive I have never stayed somewhere where you can not get snacks from the pool bar at selected times and have to come away from the pool and go to the restaurant the whole point of a snack bar in my opinion is to be able to stay at the pool and grab a bite to eat also no icecream or lolly ices where available at anytime from the bar on all inclusive even if you offered the choice of 1 or 2 ice-creams on the all inclusive. But these are just my opinion and besides this we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend and return to this hotel thanks for a great holiday your team works very hard
