A nice apartment with a kitchen, a living room and bed room and a porch. There is a shared swimming pool and a garden. There is no food and drink on the premises and the places were you can get it are not really at walking distance, so you will need a car. When we were there it was quite but I can imagine parking can become an issue when occupancy it at a higher level. The street where you need to park is very steep and pretty narrow.

We found everything just as it was in the photos on the internet. The view of the Atlantic, Puerto de la Cruz, the Orotava Valley and Teide was magnificent. Our apartment was neat and clean. You live in a quiet cul-de-sac. A car is essential due to the location. The houses are in a subtropical garden that also has a well-kept pool. Maria manages the complex with enthusiasm and friendliness.
