Nice place and installations, Employees don't provide a good service, it took them 15 minutes to give the bill, and they didn't show me the place. There is a nice beach and furniture, it is very quiet but the road to go there isn't good. The rooms are really beautiful

Well, the concept is super cool, with nice set of bungalows, a nice pool area, with restaurant and everything, but the beach is not great. So basically you are set it the middle of nowhere, which could be perfect if you had a really nice beach and nice places to walk... Not the case. Isolated and that's it.

This place met our wildest expectations for an off-track luxury getaway. While most guests stay a couple of nights we were there a week, so got to really fully experience the rhythm of the place. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the public space is truly spectacular. We stayed in an ocean view “treehouse” with a Swiss Family Robinson style bathroom which was one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Every detail of the hotel has been carefully thought out and guests are treated royally. The food is excellent, although as with the rest of our meals in Colombia, some items were often unavailable. The private beach area is big and clean although the public beach is littered with plastic from the ocean, sadly. A 15 minute walk to nearby Santa Veronica will give you a taste of local life with a row of a dozen ocean view beach restaurants. Be sure to try eating on the upper deck of the public area!

The concept is great, a nice little place apart from the world, with a nice level of service, with friendly common areas and nice bungalows... While the place itself is well taken care, the are is not amazing. The beach near the hotel is super dirty so it's a turn down. The hot water would be a great opportunity to enhance the experience, especially with an outdoor shower... The experience could be much better, yet it is a nice little place and has great potential.

Lastimosamente el hotel lo sobre venden. Dicen que tienen capacidad para 4 personas en una habitación y te cobran como tal, pero la habitación solo era para una pareja. Nos tuvieron que poner un colchón grande en el piso, por qué según ellos no habían más habitaciones disponibles aunque veíamos una habitación ubicada en la misma zona libre por 3 días y nosotros nos quedamos 5 días. No tiene buena playa, la comida es muy buena pero sin pescado local, solo salmón importado.

Es un lugar hermoso y el personal es atento. Mi única sugerencia sería revisar el tema de los sapos que todas las noches se meten a la piscina. Y, a futuro, contemplar la accesibilidad para personas con alguna condición física o que afecte su movilidad. Hay escalas incluso dentro de las habitaciones y el acceso a la playa es un poco estrecho y lleno de escalas de arena.
