Great apartment in a very convenient street. Huge comfy bed in a quiet and well equipped and Super clean room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and answered our queries promptly and helpfully. The area is a little scruffy but it’s so near to the main part of the city and easy to walk or get buses to the attractions. Would recommend the nearby market , the Casa de los Indians, Casa Jose ( seafood) and a visit to the Magdalene Peninsula. The beaches are beautiful too.

Location was perfect, room dècor and comfort stunning, but the real plus of this wonderful place is the staff that went the extra mile for making us feel like at home and very welcomed. Really all of them exceeded our expectations. Don't hesitate to reserve it!

Arrived at the property and was met by a lovely lady. She helped us do the electronic check-in. Went through lots of things that she thought we might want to do or go to. Despite her not speaking much English and us not speaking much Spanish we got by. Room was excellent absolutely spotless. Beds we so comfortable and had huge memory pillows. Kettle and coffee machine plus a small fridge. Had a small terrace but didnt get chance to use it due to the weather. About 10 minutes walk to the bus station. On a steep hill but most of Santander is on steep hills. Oscar also could not do enough for us. He even booked our taxi back to the airport. He went beyond the call of duty for us. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Definitely 100 percent I would recommend this place. Thank you 😊

We were able to spend a couple of days visiting Santander and its surrounding areas. A hotel in the city center, close to numerous restaurants and the port area. Comfortable mattress, excellent cleanliness. The lady who served us was very friendly, explaining places of interest to visit.
