They offered me a room without air conditioning and their website said that there is. (Now they have rectified it) Booking says about their hotel that it has completely renovated bathrooms and it was not true, in our case it was sad to see, with broken and slapped crockery. I think they are responsible for what Booking says. I already made a written claim sealed by the hotel and I will also show you the call to the local police when I realized that the supposed smoke detection systems were mostly covered. In my opinion this is intolerable and I mentioned it to the police when they went to the hotel. I suppose it must have been of some use when the next day it was apparently correct. What I don't know is if this system really works. Pathetic. I requested an interview with the director or manager but they did not even deign to do so. If there are renovations in the hotel, they have to guarantee the safety of the clients at all times and even though they changed my room, the stay was not pleasant at all. Believe me when I tell you that I am not going to set foot in your hotels for obvious reasons. Sent on October 17, 2023. To this day I still have not received a response.

Me he alojado en Faranda Alisas por motivos de trabajo y la estancia y el trato ha sido perfecto. Habitación muy cómoda y tranquila. No había apenas ruido y teniendo en cuenta que era una habitación con vista exterior y a calle. Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca del puerto y del centro de la ciudad, tiene parking, aspecto que se agradece cuando se viaja por motivos de trabajo, con plazas muy cómodas y amplias. Lo recomiendo tanto si viajas por motivos de trabajo como por ocio.
