They don't give you toothpaste. There is no mini bar in the rooms. There is not even a Wi-Fi coverage line, you have to use your own data. The breakfast… speechless, expensive for 4 things that they put, there are no eggs, bacon, a lot of varied fruit, which you can find in any 3-star hotel in Europe without any problem.
And what about the rotten smell of the bathroom, unbearable.
The hotel would be fine at the time and they do not invest
nothing to improve it.
The good thing, that you can park in luxury, because it is on the outskirts of Santander

Buen hotel en todos los aspectos a un precio razonable. Situado en un polígono pero con servicios cercanos, a pie, restaurantes , bares, de distintos ambientes , y a 5 min del centro de la ciudad. Habitación amplia , moderna y limpia. Tal vez los inconvenientes son la poca variedad para cenar y a precios muy caros y la falta de zumo natural en el desayuno.

Un hotel muy recomendable. Nosotros fuimos un grupo de 21 personas. Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran amplias y cómodas. El cuarto de baño grande, cómodo y muy limpio, y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, secador, hasta crema hidratante). Y el personal muy atento. Ya en el momento de la reserva la Atención que me brindó Silvia fue espectacular. Y Rafa, el camarero del bar, un chaval de lo mejorcito que he visto nunca, atendiendonos a todos con una gran sonrisa en la cara y con una amabilidad espectacular, sin duda es un gran profesional.

Estuvimos unos días mi marido y yo. Fue un descubrimiento, la verdad, no esperábamos un hotel de 3 estrellas como este✨ Lo recomiendo mucho, el trato del personal excelente y las habitaciones perfectas y mucha tranquilidad. Además la ubicación muy cómoda para ir con el coche.

Estuve alojado dos días por negocios y fue una grata experiencia que supero mis expectativas al tratarse de un hotel de 3 estrellas , pues está totalmente reformado con habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. El trato del personal siempre fue muy atento y pendientes de cualquier necesidad. De hecho, se me olvidó el cargador del ordenador y ellos mismos me llamaron para avisarme y se encargaron de hacérmelo llegar a casa. Sin duda repetiré cada vez que tenga que ir a Santander.

Ho scelto questo hotel senza saperne nulla e ora sono molto felice della mia decisione. Non mi sono sbagliato Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e il letto era comodo.
