I had a triple room booked, and I confirmed it in writing and by phone. Although they confirmed me by telephone that the room had private toilets, only when we arrived they informed that it had no and who was written on the email (although refer to private room and no reference to shared toilets) We had only a vacation in a room with shared toilets. The receptionist is poorly educated (which we had already found while waiting) and tries to blame customers for the lack of professionalism that characterizes employees/owners.

Gostzria de ficar hospedada durante um fim de semana, é o único tempo disponível que tenho para usufruir do hotel e visitar( conhecer) Santarém . Easy stopover off the A1. Accessible through the services. Simple cold breakfast available, plenty of choice with hot drinks. Room basic but very clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Was able to check in still at midnight after a delayed flight.
